I thoroughly enjoyed a lovely evening there with my wife. The wating staff was prompt, courteous, and had infectious smiles. Great place. Highly reccomend. Loved the salad and desert!
Had lunch with my daughter, grandson, and her husband. Food was very good and so was the service. Would eat there again.
1 meal out of the 6 ordered came after the rest of us were 1/2 done. No manager came to apologize but rather the waiter. Waiter shared the cook got behind. What? There are less than 12 total in the restaurant. I did not ask for a manager. Expressed my disappointment in service and left a tip 14%.
Food was good. The lunch prices were very affordable. My waitress was nice and attentive.
Decent place for a quick bite. Salads and burgers are very good. Strawberry lemonade is very refreshing.
It was decent, nice and family friendly. The salad bar was good. Service was ok. Price was ok but appetizers could have been cheaper. My husband and I spent $63 dollars on dinner. I would go back for the salad bar.
Pretty good experience! Had a turkey burger and salad from the salad bar. Both were really appetizing. Never had their turkey burger before and for it to be a patty, in my opinion, it tasted like a fresh burger. The waitress was nice and attentive. Again, pretty good experience!
Very disappointed when I went for anniversary dinner and I found out it was an additional $3.99 for your salad bar. Your menu in my opinion was VERY pricy. When I voiced my displeasure to your manager he blew me off. Needless to say we left and took our business elsewhere.
Love this place! Garden bar is the BEST. Tuesday $5 specials are fantastic. Mai Tai was the best I ever had. Staff is always nice. Food always tasty n prepared correctly. A bargain!
The 6 of us were very happy with the food. Everything was hot and cooked just right. Price was very reasonable and fair. Desserts were excellent. All in all a great meal. Our waiter Chris was very accommodating and on the spot. Only issue was they don't carry Southern Comfort! I can deal with that though.
Restaurantji Recommends
Salad bar was great. Just need to add small rolls. Don't need to order anything else if you get salad bar. All items on bar were fresh. Our server was right there when we needed him. Go and enjoy. Oh, pumpkin cheesecake an A+.
I went for my free birthday dinner and got the salad bar. If it wasn't free it would be a bit pricy. The food was fresh and tasted good on the salad bar. Our waitress wasn't as attentive as I would have liked. Not many people in the restaurant at dinner time. Not a good sign.
Employees seemed “annoyed†to be at work . From the hostess to the waitress. The food was also very sub - par. Would not return or recommend
Salad bar was very good. One of my favs. The steak and ribs also nice. However, silverware was dirty and the blinds on the windows were ABSOLUTELY filthy and the tables weren't wiped clean. That's a management fault. I almost lost my appetite when seeing how dirty it was. I don't go to Red Lobster on Ridge anymore because of how dirty it is, this may be another. I really hope they get it together.
Sat at our table for almost 10 minutes and no sign of our server (2 other servers and a total of 6 tables occupied) Took the drink menu up to the bar where the MANAGER was "working" (and by that I mean on the other side of the bar talking to an off duty employee) and asked if anyone was working and could I at least order our drinks...She looked me dead in the eye and said, "Uh, I'm with a customer" (no she wasn't 21, she was like 55) That's when I went back to my table and told my daughter (it was here birthday and she loves their salad bar) we are leaving. As we walked out, both the manager and "customer" gave us dirty looks. Never going back. Went to Outback and it was fabulous!
