Had lunch with my daughter, grandson, and her husband. Food was very good and so was the service. Would eat there again.

1 meal out of the 6 ordered came after the rest of us were 1/2 done. No manager came to apologize but rather the waiter. Waiter shared the cook got behind. What? There are less than 12 total in the restaurant. I did not ask for a manager. Expressed my disappointment in service and left a tip 14%.

Decent place for a quick bite. Salads and burgers are very good. Strawberry lemonade is very refreshing.

It was decent, nice and family friendly. The salad bar was good. Service was ok. Price was ok but appetizers could have been cheaper. My husband and I spent $63 dollars on dinner. I would go back for the salad bar.

My wife and I had two great meals last night - Chicken Parmesan and Cajun Chicken & Shrimp Pasta. Would have given both of them five stars but we also got the Apple Crumble Skillet; that was good, too, but there was no warning about temperature and it burned the inside of my mouth, which now feels blistered.

Pretty good experience! Had a turkey burger and salad from the salad bar. Both were really appetizing. Never had their turkey burger before and for it to be a patty, in my opinion, it tasted like a fresh burger. The waitress was nice and attentive. Again, pretty good experience!

I will preface this by saying Ruby Tuesdays was not our 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice, but almost out of necessity as it was Memorial Day and all the other places were closed. Out waiter was very nice. To start, a glass of Josh was very bad - must have turned. Waiter quickly replaced it with something else. We ordered steak & shrimp combo-medium rare- with mash and asparagus, grilled salmon with rice and broccoli, another grilled salmon with rice and onion rings, and last, a chicken fingers with fries. I know Ruby Tuesdays is not Branca or fine dining, but the presentation was very prison-chow line. Food was slopped on: mashed potatoes splattered onto the asparagus, fries all over the plate. And again, it was not busy. Also, we received two grilled salmon with rice and broccoli, not one with broccoli and the other with onion rings. The waiter apologized and asked the kitchen for onion rings, but those did not arrive until desert time. Salmon was also overcooked, and both pieces had a lot of bloodline (the fishy tasting dark part under the skin). Bad pieces. Steak although we asked for medium rare, was brown through and through, way past medium rare. Fortunately it wasn't tough, but neither was it tasty. Aside from the potatoes slopped onto the plate, the asparagus spears had not been cleaned or trimmed of the tough fibrous lower stalks (it was obvious, instead of snapping off the bottom ends, these were cooked as they had arrived from the produce man or wherever). Pretty bad. Ruby Tuesdays has never been my favorite, but they really went down hill.

Very disappointed when I went for anniversary dinner and I found out it was an additional $3.99 for your salad bar. Your menu in my opinion was VERY pricy. When I voiced my displeasure to your manager he blew me off. Needless to say we left and took our business elsewhere.

Love this place! Garden bar is the BEST. Tuesday $5 specials are fantastic. Mai Tai was the best I ever had. Staff is always nice. Food always tasty n prepared correctly. A bargain!

The 6 of us were very happy with the food. Everything was hot and cooked just right. Price was very reasonable and fair. Desserts were excellent. All in all a great meal. Our waiter Chris was very accommodating and on the spot. Only issue was they don't carry Southern Comfort! I can deal with that though.

Salad bar was great. Just need to add small rolls. Don't need to order anything else if you get salad bar. All items on bar were fresh. Our server was right there when we needed him. Go and enjoy. Oh, pumpkin cheesecake an A+.

I went for my free birthday dinner and got the salad bar. If it wasn't free it would be a bit pricy. The food was fresh and tasted good on the salad bar. Our waitress wasn't as attentive as I would have liked. Not many people in the restaurant at dinner time. Not a good sign.

Employees seemed “annoyed” to be at work . From the hostess to the waitress. The food was also very sub - par. Would not return or recommend
