Today I was ordering a Sundae,while looking for a flavor,the older server became abrupt with me asking me what flavors I wanted. After telling him I'm looking to see what I want he said well you need 2 know because there's alot of flavors.I TOLD HIM I WAS ALL SET and I went to the other line.A few other customers acknowledged that he was rude. We love Russell's, been with you guys since day 1.His overall attitude sucked. That demeanor is no good..

Good ice cream! Been there once - since we moved to the area- They have a large menu and ample parking , and location is super convenient! Excited to try more next summer!

Recently found out they were open all year. Have been going here for years now. The price is great and it's ice cream! :) As i can't go in, I can't tell how clean it is. Wonder how to find out when the last time the board of health did an inspection?
