Russo’s is our go to for pizza, but today was not good. Got it home to discover Medium pizza over done and dry. Very disappointed. Someone didn’t have their mind on the job.

Frank and Nancy (owners)are wonderful warm people! We are extremely grateful for your generosity and kindness! They were more then happy to make with love our favorite pizza special for my grandmother during non business hours for her 100th Birthday! they also attached a 100th Birthday card that was so thoughtful! Russo's is the only pizza she will eat! Along with rest of our family! The pizza is amazing! Wonderful sauce, just like the taste we grew up to! As soon as we brought the pizzas to her party, they were gone in less then 10 minutes! Everybody loved and especially gram! Your prices and quality also have been reasonable and consistent We appreciate your hard work and dedication Frank and Nancy! ~The Giardina-Marzano family~

after looking at the posts I can safely say I would never order from this place. they promoted genocide and far right ideology. its 2025 and they choose to stay in the 1950s with this backward neolithic rhetoric. hard pass.

They have a very different view than me regarding what “thin crust NYC style pizza” is.
Not a fan of the sauce or the thick and doughy bread.
Small family owned pizza shop. The pies were delicious, the wings were decent, but nothing to write home about (don't waste your time on the extra hot, it's boss sauce with red pepper added, and frankly not that spicy at all). No delivery so pickup only but the coupons are the best I've seen.

The owner is arrogant and rude when taking customer complaints. My parents had ordered pizza and boneless wings for an event ( as we have done many times in the past ). We receive bone in wings instead. This is the second time it had happened so naturally they wanted to call to let them know. He argued with them and was insistent that he does not serve boneless wings; although we have ordered them multiple times in the past. After looking at the menu online we realized they are called “tenders” instead. So pardon them for making a mistake. Maybe the staff that take orders over the phone could explain that a bit better as they truly did not realize they were asking for something that goes by a different name. It is unfortunate that customer service is not a top priority because the pizza is great- but we will not be returning.
