Wonder hidden jem in Rochester so far. The best pho in Rochester. Broth, has flavor and depth meat is good. Service is sweet and caring. Definitely, people have been keeping this place on the low, or I'm missing out. Also is clean and has a nice cool relaxing family kitchen vibe. Welcoming if you need a spot to eat and study a little bit

Stopped in to try it out as a first timer and wasn't sure what to get so I asked the owner does she have garlic shrimp and she said she has something better amd I ordered the shrimp with white rice so delicious! Highly recommend,fresh ingredients. Oh I forgot to get something to drink after I paid and she says don't worry it's on the house. Thanks will return

This place does not disappoint!! Amazing flavors and price points that will not break the bank. Bahmi and the prawns with pork and broken rice are my favorites! If you’re looking for authentic Vietnemese cuisine, Saigon is your spot!
