Best pho I have had in Rochester so far and great value. I have tried every other pho place within a ten mile radius and this place just blows them away. I will be coming back here more often for sure! Great service as well :)

I SCREAM, YOU SCREAM, WE ALL SCREAM FOR SAIGON PHO!!! I went with 7 hungry college kids to saigon pho and and each one left with full bellies and heart. the service, the owners and the food was impeccable. tens across the board!! Cảm ơn!!!

The best pho I’ve had in a long time!! The noodles are amazing and the owner is very sweet!! They also have the best appetizers to die for like dumplings and spring rolls. And everything is so fresh!!!
