Great food and great wait staff! Just be careful to ask about their “service fee” which is really just the gratuity already added onto the bill. I didn’t ask what that was and ended up tipping twice accidentally. Other than that - it was great!

Best hibachi around!!!❤️🏯Fresh food, pleasant customer service, creative drinks, relaxing ambience, and plan on leaving with a ton of leftovers.

Only have two nice things to say.... atmosphere was pretty and the guy who cooked our food was nice. BUT OMG you can't hear anyone talk because you have so many people sitting on top of each other in the hibachi room. Waitress can't hear us talk, we can't hear other talk, no room to sit. Squeeze 10 of us at one hibachi table and we have to sit complete pressed to the table because people are directly at our backs. Tables so tiny that I sat with my sushi plate in my hands. Waitress barely cleared our table, we had to ask to have waters refilled a couple times because she just vanished for forever. We had to ask random workers for boxes and our checks. You upcharged for hibachi noodles $5.99 to get not even a handful of noodles each. There was literally a handful of noodles shared between 3 people for $18. All our vegetables were undercooked and mostly raw. My sushi "spider roll" rice was extremely hard like it was pretty old, and the seafood that was inside was completely overcooked, or over deep fried, extremely hard. My friends cut of beef was not even the correct cut of beef she ordered, lobster was over cooked. Then my boyfriend ordered scallops, and shrimp. Guy didn't even give him shrimp. We had to tell him a couple times that he ordered shrimp and he ended up walking in the kitchen and coming back with a small plate of microwaved shrimp with a drizzle of sauce. For an almost $50 plate of food he got microwaved shrimp. We went here to celebrate my niece turning 14yrs old. We told the waitress it was her birthday a few times but then we still had to ask her to bring her a cup of ice cream after waiting for boxes and our checks for like 40 mins. The amount of money spent here was insane to have so many issues with literally everything. Service was garbage, and I mean garbage, food was not good, and we spent almost $1000 dollars for one meal for 10 people. Wtf. Absolutely mind blowing. Overall I will never be back, and never recommend.

They want $55 for a Chicken Hibachi. That’s $110 for 2 people.

The food isn’t even that good and the Hibachi chef didn’t do jack.

Waste of money.

The food was okay. But I couldn’t wait to leave the place from all the smell (fishy smell from the eggs and raw chicken they cook in front of you).

Took over 20 minutes to get drinks. They came after the salad and soup. Typically, the hibachi is great here but this time we sat on the restaurant side and I’ll never make that mistake again. All our entrees were cold when they were brought to us. I’ve never been disappointed like that here. Can’t say I’d return or recommend to anyone.

The food is delicious! I purchased a beer at the bar. I gave the bartender $20 for 1 beer, and she gave me $3 back. I asked her if the bottle of Sappora was $17 a bottle, and she said she forgot to give me a $10 dollar bill. Count your change, folks! This must have worked in their favor in the past!

Very disappointed in the service and food. Our server was rude she had an attitude every time she talked to us, threw our straws and chopsticks down at the table at us and even the plates, my daughter looked at me with big eyes when she slammed the plate down infront of her asking me what she did wrong for the server to be mad at her! I had to ask if we could order drinks after she took our food order because she didn't ask, just walked away. When our cook came out he was great however the food was awful! Everything was so bland and dry. No flavor and over cooked. We spent over $200 on 3 people, one being my 10 year old who was celebrating her birthday and our food was not close to worth it. I wish I took pictures of our sushi and our meals because it was just awful. Very disappointed we spent a lot of money and couldnt even eat our food. I do not recommend this place and I will not be going back to this establishment.
I will stick with Sakura Japanese steak house & sushi bar in Canandaigua, NY they have the best sushi, hibachi and service!

Interesting that the Chinese and Japanese restaurant joined forces. So they ask you what menu you want when you arrive. I was between the more expensive sushi sashimi combo and the chirashi and highly recommend the chirashi for quality and value. Lots of rice under the sashimi, coming out as a plate instead of a bowl.

While the white tuna was a little off and the miso soup was a bit strong, the rest of the sashimi was good. And the tobiko over the rice was a nice touch.

Food has not been good for a while here. I thought I'd try again today and it's even worse. $8.00 for a half of a side of cold rice. NO THANK YOU! Sogo is much better.

I went there last night with a group of 6, right off the bat the waitress rolled her eyes while my friend was ordering her hibachi, after that she filled all of our glasses of water except that same friend, literally this girl is one of the nicest girls I’ve ever met. My cousin told her when we first got there that she had a seafood allergy, the waitress said ok I’ll cook it in back, when my cousins food comes out there was seafood on her plate. I took it back to the kitchen and said explained how my cousin told her she was allergic to seafood and she has it on her plate, the waitress then told me we never told her that, I then asked her, then why out of 6 of us did you only cook her hibachi in back. Also the one friend that she randomly had a problem with asked for water, she came back 20 minutes later and was trying to fill our waters up except hers again. I could literally see her in the kitchen stuffing her face the whole night. The food was great, the chef was great, but we will not be going back again. Have never had such a rude waitress in my life. Everyone else, good luck ?

I've had several different experiences there. More bad than good. I was thinking of going there tonight and giving them another chance but after reading these reviews, clearly nothing has improved. I appreciate the pasta before I drop another 300 bucks there!! I hope people start paying attention to posts so this stops happening. Take care!!
