So this location clearly is a hit or miss( hands down). When you have people come from other countries you have to expect a certain level of they don’t really care about and this is just a job for financial gain. And look everyone needs a job so I’m not hating but this is the type of service that you receive, for the most part because every situation isn’t the same. We went recently for my son’s birthday. Made reservations for 7:30. The chef didn’t show up to cook food until after 8:30. He was very friendly and so was our waitress. I’m just going to chalk it up as a very busy Saturday night and being understaffed. Very friendly staff and the food was excellent!
As we sat down, I began reading the reviews, and actually considered leaving. Couldn’t have been more wrong. We were seated immediately, the table was set, menus out, and the water glasses filled. We ordered within 10 minutes, and about 5 minutes later the soups came, it was delicious, 5 minutes later the salads came, generous portions, and very fresh lettuce, with plenty of tasty dressing. The chef started cooking at our grill 30 minutes after we walked in, perfect timing!...
