Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria

Pretty disappointed. I ordered 20 wings (10 hot/10 bbq) and an order of fries for the first football game of the year (September 4th). I asked for the wings well done, they were not, disappointing but I can live with that. When ordering I specifically asked how many blue cheese came with an order of 20 wings, I was told 2. I asked for an additional 2 for a total of 4. The wings came with 0 blue cheese despite being charged as such. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s pretty disappointing spending close to 50 dollars on a special occasion and ending up not feeling great about it. The staff was very polite but I am not sure if I’ll be ordering again.

Me and my husband went for lunch and had the best experience ever one of the employees was awesome wasn’t able to catch his name but very sweet and very helpful salvotores has been my favorite pizza joint since I was a little girl nothing tops this location

I order at least 12-15 times a year and for the most part excellent quality with orders ranging from slices, specialty pizzas,subs and donuts. Chicken Charlie Pizzas are not too expensive and worth it, and Italian assorted subs on Thursdays for $10 deal days are my go to. There's rarely been an issue with quality plus they give you pizza points so I end up with several free slices and a pizza for free each year PLUS they give you free food on your birthday if you're a regular signed up for pizza perks. Have I been given a bad order? Yeah but It was the dinner rush and hey they're human.

My husband went to pick up our order & both of the pizzas in our order were given to someone else. Nothing was done other than to remake the pizzas. I'm curious if the person who got our pizzas at least got some decent toppings. The chicken on the large pizza was sparse and the Breath Mint (garlic & onion with mozzarella & tomatoes) was lacking flavor. Overall, disappointing.

Worst service ever. It wasnt untill after I gave all my info . Gave my order , that they tell me they dont deliver to me . That is absolutely ridiculous. I order from them all the time and tip at least $15 every time . The gentleman I spoke to was clueless as to everything through out the order and failed to tell me at the beginning of the phone call after giving my information that they wouldn't deliver to me . Spoke to the manager who wasnt any friendlier at all. Basically calling me a liar when I said I order all the time and have never had an issue. Will not be going to them ever agian .

We've ordered many times from Salvatore's. Sometimes they're ON while other times they are OFF. When they're on, everything is amazing! When they're off, it's frustrating. In each of my off experiences, it's simply a matter of not following instructions on orders that I plugged in using their app. Tonight I ordered a steak sub with provolone, banana peppers, garlic spread. Normally I'd order it with steak sauce but the past few times it's been forgotten so I skipped it knowing I'd just be adding it once home. I ordered it as a warm sub, toasted and well done (crispy), and cut in 4. I got fresh bread, not toasted, cut in half. So I'm toasting it at home in my oven and adding my own steak sauce. It's very frustrating because I know how good the food can be as I've been very satisfied with it many times before. The inconsistency is why I give 3 stars. Give me consistency and I'll gladly give 5 stars every time.

So i ordered a sheet pizza from the culver road location on 7/21/2024. 90% of the pizza was burned. The pizza was dry and the cheese was hard. This location has repeatedly let me down on numerous occasions. I will no longer purchase from this location.

Stopped in to get some donuts, grabbed a slice of breakfast stuffed bread, took a bite and the bottom was raw dough. Had to turn around, cause I live in Spencerport. I paid $8.00 for it. Took the bread thing back into the shop and showed the cashier, says I have to show the manager she comes back and tells me that she can give me a donut !! Your donuts do not cost $8.00? Do better Salvatore's !! Disappointed ?
