Ordered from Mt Read store at 3:38 on a Tuesday. One hour later... app said it was being prepared. So I called. I was told there was nothing that could be done. Apparently they were so busy they couldn't make a pizza. I asked to speak to someone in charge (I know that sounds like a Karen move... I just wanted them to know they were losing a loyal customer). And that person didn't take the call, instead leaving the poor cashier to deal with it. Quite the lack of leadership.

first, the prices are getting crazy. Almost $30 for a medium pepperoni pizza okus multiple fees on top of tax and tip, etc.. just off the top there's a processing and fuel fee before you, even place your . I use the rewards but there's a spending minimum so it just cancels any savings out. It took almost an hour and a half to make my order, then another 32 minutes to deliver, I'm only about 3 miles away but my food was not even warm at all. This isn't the first time I keep trying to give them a chance, but with the price and poor service it's too bad that it's not worth supporting a local business.

I have worked at several pizza places this pizza is freaking delicious!!!!!!New York style pizza with a thicker crust and sauce.Parking: I've never had a problem with parking at the main Street Rochester Salvatore's not have problems at the route 31 Egypt store.Kid-friendliness: A very clean place with clean cut employees in both areas at different Salvatore's.Wheelchair accessibility: Disable this place is totally accessible all the Salvatore's I visited East main Street in Rochester in the one on 31 south in Egypt hills near my home..

I've been a customer of the East Main location for years. The last two times I've placed an order for delivery the food arrived cold and you could tell the pizza and wings were sitting out for a while. At their prices, I'd think the simplest expectation is to have warm fresh food delivered.

Giovanni Coraggioso is one of the most entitled managers there is. He lacks professionalism and customer service skills. He has mastered manipulation and lying. He doesn't place the customers first. He'll say anything to avoid them and attempt to get rid of them. He does everything to avoid customer contact and is extremely confrontational, when finally making contact. He's always allegedly too busy ( Came on a friday and Monday same story.... Monday I had time.) The moment another manager steps in, he reminds them "He's their boss". He literally will have you on hold forever. It took me 15 minutes and 36 seconds to drive from my house while waiting on hold for him, then when I arrived and another manager helped now he's all of a sudden free. Belittling a manager who cares about the people who finance your pay is literally disgusting. Would never recommend anyone to this store when He's there. I love their food. With him allegedly in management it's lacking decorum, maybe because him and the owners share the same last name...

Stopped in before a show at blue cross arena. Walked in around 3ish on a Wednesday and was rudely asked what we wanted. Ordered a pizza which was actually really good but had to ask for plates since me and my wife were dining in. Never once was asked if we wanted a drink or anything. Felt like we weren't welcome. Definitely won't be back tk this location.
