Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria

Terrible experience. My pizza didn't have any sauce.. I returned the who pizza and the manager refused my refund. I had to call police. The manager lied and said I threw the pizza. Officer review the video and saw HE lied ultimately got my refund. On top of all this he called me an ANIMAL. Worst experience ever. I not going to NO salvatores from now on because of DEWEY/Electric rochester ny

I ordered a large steak sub, there is barely anything but bread literally the skinniest sub I’ve ever seen. Never been more unsatisfied, then to call and get no real resolution. Dewey location has to do better. I regret wasting my money. Definitely should have ordered from somewhere else. 2/10 experience.

My gf was supposed to get a free pizza but she didn’t bring her id, so they wouldn’t give her the pizza. They didn’t offer to see a photo of it or any other solution. We ordered to have it picked up and now we’re out 15 bucks. Theyre not good problem solvers

Ordered online. Waiting for the delivery only instead they call me almost an hour later to be told they ran out of bread! They cancel my order, didn’t ask if I wanted something different like IDK PIZZA, WING DINNERS or the dozens of other items on menu?! Of course they didn’t offer me a special coupon for another time for the huge inconvenience. Nah, they can’t do that-they only want to take our money, smh So I’m done with them.

FYI Luckily, I remembered about the hardworking Chinese Restaurant a few blocks down from Salvatore’s called Yummy House. Opened till late with delivery and way cheaper! My Salvatore’s order would have been 75 dollars for 2 subs and wings((crazy)), My Yummy House order is 40 for a qt of veggie low mein, qt of sweet&sour chicken qt of mixed vegetables, with steamed rice and 2 orders of spring rolls!

I ordered the personal pan and honestly take it off the menu I never opened a box of pizza and been so disappointed in my life and I have order personal pans before from other shops and step it up or just get rid of it .

Declined my card, still took the money
It's been a week and the payment hasn't been returned. Only use cash here! Cause even if they decline a card they'll still take your money

Place is in the hood. Panhandlers and questionable characters around. Food starting to turn into more chain like. Going back to the other location to see if I got it right.

I came in to pick up a slice of pizza to drive from Rochester to Clearwater, FL to my 13 year old son who LOVES Salvatore's.

The staff was amazed and wrapped it nicely for the ride.

I ordered a sheet pizza at the very last minute for a lunch event, Pizza showed up a few minutes early hot and was amazing. We will definitely order again. Go Bills! ?

I called in a order I waited past the 45 minutes that was told to me I called and was told that my order couldn’t be found really she told me the amount just to tell me that something went wrong with the computer waste of my time

Called for a pick up order for 3 subs. I ordered a Steak sub and asked to have boss sauce or any similar sauce they serve and was told yes! Got the sub home and it had marinara sauce! Second was an Italian sub. Why did the sub only contain the meat, cheese, which was wrong because I asked for Provolone and got American, mayo and friggin mustard! Where are my LTO and banana peppers at???? Never have the seedless sub rolls available and the service is pathetic at best! This location is the worst by far in the Rochester area. NEVER AGAIN
