I recently went to the greece location, what i witnessed was atrocious. I witnessed one of employees drop a chicken tender on the ground and proceed to put back in the frier, and that’s not even the end. when i arrived home with my garbage plate, i was met with what appeared to be a roach. be aware of this place, stay away.

I was there recently and I can tell you, I will NEVER go back!The fries were horrible! When I went up to the counter and asked (politely) about the fries being underdone and cold, I encountered the rudest employee! I believe her name was Mel. She was very cranky, and spoke to me like it was my fault. I never knew that making fries would cause such unhappiness but perhaps she needs a different job. Perhaps at the DMV.

I hate to write a bad review because we have come to Schaller's for over 20 years, but I have to let management know about today's two garbage plates. A full inch of liquid at the bottom of our plates and undercooked fries.MANAGEMENT: please oversee the food you are putting out. We have many places to choose from and can't say we'll be back after this.It's not my nature to ask for a refund ($32 with two cokes); I'd rather this be a lesson so that quality can hopefully be re-established.Disappointing.

There is only 1 problem with Schaller's. They do not have a location in Georgia. I live in Athens now!!I've been eating at the location for 40+ years and it always pleases.
