I went there just now and a young African American lady her name maya (wearing glasses) at cashier and I asked her for fingers ( french fries) so she went to all the workers there and keeping coping my word (fingers ) and make funny between all workers and I can see her very clear how how she’s keeping laughing and make my word something very funny! Very classy restaurant!

I can't describe how disappointed I was . Not only did my family and I come home and spend most of our time in the bathroom but , the service was awful . The girl with dreadlocks , taking my order , was just staring at me with the most dead confrontational stare I've ever seen . I felt like she wanted to reach over the counter and hit me . like how f****** dare I order food from her . I ordered a kids meal for my niece and a burger and drink for myself . I wanted curly fries instead of regular and a slushy for my nieces drink . Instead I got 3 orders of fries , a coke , 2 slushies and a burger . so I let her know I didint order 3 drinks and 3 orders of fries but she didint care to give me my money back . I wasn't about to say anything with how confrontational she was . Then we come home and we've all been in and out of the bathroom since yesterday . haven't been here in years . It used to be a really good place to eat . it's a shame they let it go down the drain because of employees like this . Not to mention we went over my order like 4 times because she kept stopping to do stuff .

I love the burgers and hot sauce here. These are the burgers that I trust to be the highest quality for the price in Rochester. But the staff here are always particularly fabulous. They always seem to have enough staff so that you get the same server from beginning to end, and they always make sure everything is exactly how you want it. Love it here!

Wish I could honestly give a review on the food but unfortunately as I tried to order online, don't do it by the way, my card had to be put in multiple times and it wouldn't work, I refreshed the page and when I did it changed to my recent location and redirected my order to this default Schallers. I am beyond upset and had been looking forward to this meal all day long, great start to the New Year and wish I was able to give an honest review, this place was recommended by family but this experience has left an impression on me. Thankfully I was able to get a refund but for online ordering it shouldn't be as difficult as it was. I will hopefully be able to give a more honest review of the food but that won't be for a while. Avoid if you are new!

I enjoy listening to the man with the white hat on (Boss) discussing his drinking habits while customers wait to be waited on. Should have left but I keep hoping some of the good Schallers's in Greece ways have rubbed off on this location but it did not. Misplaced orders?Soggy fries? Am I at BK or Macpoop? Think I'll stay away

I hate to give a low rating but I'm very disappointed on how lackluster my food taste. Almost like it was frozen and warmed up in the microwave. Not only that but my tenders were nearly burnt to a crisp. Not sure if the workers care in the back but that's unacceptable.
