We had a baby shower over the weekend and not only were the cookies absolutely adorable but they were delicious! Everyone loved them and the mom-to-be was so happy! Thank you!

Absolutely LOVE this place. The people are super friendly and their treats are absolutely to die for. We use Scratch for all of our occasions and the occasional “in the area” stop and have never been disappointed! It’s pretty great that they also have GF options.

We are so grateful to Molly at Scratch Bakeshop for making our wedding day even sweeter. She went out of her way to make sure everything was dairy-free for me, which meant so much and allowed me to enjoy every bite without worry. The cake was not only beautiful but absolutely delicious—exactly what we had envisioned. Everything else she made was incredible, too, and our family and guests couldn’t stop talking about how good it all was. From start to finish, Molly and her team were wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for more and highly recommend Scratch Bakeshop to anyone looking for something both stunning and delicious.

We used Scratch for our wedding and they are amazing! There were so many compliments on the dessert. We ordered more than we needed and they were still all gone by the end of the night! They set everything up for us beautifully with signs and made everything so easy. I highly recommend Scratch!

I ordered desserts for my wedding from this shop. I had a great experience working with Molly. She was very accommodating. We did some wild flavors such as strawberry salted caramel mini cheesecake, mixed berry ginger peach mini pies, and key lime coconut mini tarts. She also helped me come up with an order within my budget. The desserts were gone in a second at the wedding.

Had the pleasure of being helped by the owners mom! She helped me and my wife by explaining everything truthfully about the desserts that they carried. She had an amazing personality. There are so many options to choose from, me and my wife’s personal favorites are the traditional chocolate chip cookies! Overall a great time.

This is the BEST gluten-free chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had! I struggle to find good gluten-free desserts, but I will definitely be back for more!

I took a cake decorating class with Molly, the owner of Scratch Bakeshop, in July. It was great! Molly was so informative and helpful, and more than willing to share her expertise with the class. Everyone enjoyed themselves, and getting to take our completed cake home to enjoy was amazing! Thanks Molly for inspiring me! I can’t wait to put all of her tips to use. I also plan to visit her bakeshop very soon to sample more of her baked goods.

I ordered cakes for my daughter’s first birthday from scratch and they were delicious and beautiful! They have so many options and varieties to really cater to any need. Their allergy friendly selection is also top notch.

We’re visiting from Texas and stopped in for a late afternoon sweet treat. They had *just* closed but they sensed our need for sugar and graciously let us come in quickly to get some things to go. It was really kind of them. These folks are so lovely and their donuts and pastries are delicious, as well! The vegan cinnamon roll tastes like the standard and the coconut donut was perfect. They were so cool and it really gave us a great impression of Rochester! Thanks, y’all!

I planned a cake decorating event for my sister's bridal party and we absolutely loved Scratch Bake shop! Lauren and Mikalyn were our instructors and they were so accommodating. We had people who had to show up late, we had champagne, and more chaos but everything went so smoothly. All of the cakes turned out so cute thanks to all the tips and tricks Lauren and Mikalyn taught us.

I took one of the cake decorating classes through the Rochester Brainery and it was a lot of fun. I had an unusual situation where I needed a gluten-free dairy-free cake (and nut free - lots of allergies in my family), and they were able to accommodate me without a hitch. The cake was absolutely delicious and as someone who personally does not care for gluten free baked goods, I could not tell. It was very moist and held together beautifully. The frosting was a little sweet for me, but my sugar loving family raved about it. As far as the decorating instructions, they were pretty clear cut and my cake came out way better than I thought!

My boyfriend and I took the class after finally getting a spot because it tends to sell out. Molly was so knowledgeable and energetic as she taught the class and the cake and frosting were delicious. I would definitely consider taking it again or recommending it to others.

My 10 year old son and I recently took a cake decorating class recently through Roc Brainery and had a blast. Molly made the whole experience approachable and fun. She even shared recipes and tips and tricks to try and home. Will 100% recommend again.
attended the cake decorating class and the atmosphere & presentation was amazing!
It was a lot of fun and the buttercream frosting was delicious! However, when I sliced the cake at home and tried it, I instantly had to throw the entire cake out because it tasted like baking soda/powder. my thing is, if a decorating class is offered the cake should be equally delicious & edible considering the cost of the class.
