The entire team at Scratch Bake Shop completely outdid themselves!! I inquired about cake pops for my son’s graduation!! They took my ideas and made them absolutely delicious realities!! I can’t say enough amazing things about this bakery!! Can’t wait to order again
Lovely little bakery! Absolutely loved how many different Vegan and Gluten Free options they had! They also had Vegan and Gluten free cake by the slice which was greatly appreciated! Cake was delicious. It's nice to have found this place as I feel like with my food allergies I have more options now! Prices were more than reasonable which was also greatly appreciated!

I ordered a cake last year for my birthday, and they spelled my name wrong on it. I emailed them later regarding this, and they said well that’s why we show you the cake when you come to pick it up. Which is true, they showed me, but it was in cursive and I just assumed they would have written my name correctly because, I’m sorry but, they had one job. I was told they couldn’t do anything about it after I picked the cake up. It shouldn’t be on the customer to catch these mistakes and then not have anything done to make it right. Overall the staff was just not very welcoming and came off as rude. The cake was also very dry and hard. To this day, a year later, my family reminds me that it’s the worst cake they’ve ever had. And to be from a popular bakery that’s not cheap, it’s all very disappointing.

We had the best time this weekend at Scratch! I chose this venue for my sister’s bachelorette weekend activity and we had the best time! Molly was so accommodating and easy to work with! We showed up for a private cake decorating class and each girl got to leave with a personally decorated 6in cake! We were able to bring food and drinks in to munch on while decorating! It was an awesome way to spend an afternoon before dinner and everyone had so much fun! Would recommend this for anyone planning a group event!

Extremely disappointed! I have been wanting to try this bake shop for a long time now and when they posted their 2024 Mother’s Day menu, I saw their four mini special cakes and was like that’s it that’s the perfect mother day gift for myself as I would be able try out their bake shop flavors/items and celebrate being a mom. When I clicked on the site for that item it stated “Pick Up Only on 5/11” NOTHING stating I had to pre order it, as I assumed you couldn’t because it stated “Pick Up Only on 5/11”
Disappointed for sure, not sure when I’ll ever try another attempt at their place. Off to make my own dessert for Mother’s day, was just hoping to not have to this year.
Place needs to be much clearer on their site and maybe not state “Pick Up Only” as it’s very misleading.

I ordered a specialty v/gf cake off of the May menu on May 2nd for pickup on May 9th. I got an automated confirmation as well as a personal confirmation. When I went to pick up the cake on May 9th, they said they forgot to print out the order so it was never made. I got a refund, but just very disappointing, as I was surprising my v/gf best friend for her masters ceremony. I didn’t think I had to worry due to receiving two separate confirmations.
