The place is very cute and the cakes are beautiful. The cake I purchased was for my sister’s birthday and I was disappointed in the taste. It was a 6 inch, regular cake from the case. It was dry and it tasted like it had spent much of its life in the freezer. I thought I was purchasing a fresh cake, so it was frustrating when we realized it hadn’t been recently baked. The freezer taste was hard to get past. We ate ice cream with the cake and it helped the dryness. Very cute, but too expensive for the quality.

Scratch helped us to create some amazing cakes for our son’s first birthday. We were very pleased with the experience, finished products, and tastes of the cakes. Definitely recommend this bakery for their ability to design beautiful cakes. Thank you to Molly for all her time spent working with us to bring our ideas to life!

Their vegan gluten free brownies are absolutely incredible. They are super moist and not salty. Idkw, but a lot of bakeries in this city make salty brownies. Baybe, this ain't that. Also, their cupcakes are soooooo good. Decadent, fluffy and good to the last drop.Only problem I have with the store is that you have to place all orders online. ??‍♀️?‍???‍♀️And it's not the easiest website to navigate. But once you get past that, their products are very delicious!!!

The other day I was feeling grumpy and I said “I’m going to Scratch!” I walked in and the owner was singing a Motown song and we had a good laugh. Deliciousness. I sugar overdosed but it was worth it!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free like you’ve never tasted!

I generally feel like I get the short end of the croissant at bake shops because I need to stick to the gluten free section, but they gluten free stuff here is as good as it gets. I've been told the standard selection is the same. Highly recommended.

I think their vegan cake is a bit too dense and slightly dry, and the frosting is too sweet. I would still order a cake from them for my birthday, however, according to their website the minimum to place a custom order is $200! Seems ridiculous to me…guess Scratch is off my list for birthday cakes. I also think their staff could be friendlier.

We love Scratch Bakeshop and we knew that our celiac bridesmaid has had a good experience with their GF options, so it was a no-brainer to book with them. They created a lovely dessert spread of 2 types of cheesecakes including a tiramisu inspired cheesecake as we originally wanted tiramisu as our dessert, 2 types of mini pes, and an assortment of French macarons. We loved everything they made and our guests loved the variety! Further, when my dad accidentally gave away and left our wedding cheesecake slices to freeze for our anniversary, they were more than willing to make a single cheesecake for us to be able to do this tradition.

I ordered a cake for a baby shower. The cake was beautiful and well decorated, but the flavor was awful! Noone could eat it. Thank God we had another cake to eat. If you are looking for a cake to take pictures with then I recommend this bakery their designs are beautiful but I also recommend you having a second cake for eating purposes. I have to say that this cake was the mosy disgusting cake I ever had in my entire life. I gave them one star for decoration and another for customers service because the truth is that they are also very friendly.

We love coming here for donuts on Saturdays. This is not the only thing we love about Scratch. They have a large assortment of delicious baked goods such as macarons, cookies, cake pops, and even their own garbage plate inspired desert plate, called a scratch plate! The staff is always friend and patient when our kids are indecisive because everything in the case looks amazing. We enjoy the outside seating during the spring and summer months. It's always a pleasant visit to Scratch.

Beautiful shop, lovely and friendly staff who are ready to help and give explanations and information on their baked goods, and they cater to gluten-free, vegan and traditional diets.

I love donuts so my friend brought us here when my husband and I were visiting her.We tried the Chai and Lemon Cookie Donuts. They call them donuts, but I'd call them cronuts according to what other places call this style donut. Both were great, but the lemon cookie one was hands down my favorite. I'm not usually a lemon dessert person, but this was done so well.
