One guy making delicious authentic Chinese noodle dishes one by one in the lobby of a commercial building. There are like 3 large tables to sit at. The place is tidy. Do not expect to get drinks poured but you can pour your own complimentary tea.

Very satisfying, tasty food. Eating in is a unique experience. Extremely pleasant service.

Absolutely BANGING noodles!!! It seems like it's a one man show so I understand that the menu is a bit limited (that's my only suggestion), but these were absolutely the best homemade rice noodles I have EVER had. The entrance is a bit strange (it seems like it's in the lobby of an old hotel) but when you ring the bell the guy comes out to take your order. He was very friendly and the food was very clearly made fresh right after we ordered it. PHENOMENAL little spot!!

Fantastic noodles and amazing service! Best noodle place in town. The fried dumplings were a family favorite, and the smashed cucumber was shockingly tasty.

The food was so aromatic I couldn’t wait to try it as the smells came from the kitchen! And it did not disappoint! So delicious and tons of vegetarian options. The eggplant was so good.

The best homemade fresh noodles in Rochester. Constantly adding dishes and improving. The food is the star and you will not be disappointed in the flavor. One man band entrepreneur, give him a try and you'll keep going back.

Attention Rochester foodies: if you haven't yet been, get yourself to Seasons' Noodle! The noodles were mind-blowing: the perfect texture being juuust slightly chewy. The flavors of the dishes themselves were likewise outstanding. Some things to note: the business is inside the lobby of an apartment building, but do not let this put you off. Once you ring the bell on the counter, service is quick and attentive. Dishes are made fresh to order and this is part of the draw. While this does take some time, it is well worth the wait. Our meal for two took just under one hour from ordering to packing up the leftovers (we opted to sit and eat in the cozy dining area set up in the lobby). If you need to use the restroom you will need to ask for the key and refrain from flushing anything, including toilet paper. In my opinion, the quality of the food more than makes up for this. Remember: you're there for the food. A very nice touch of hospitality was the free hot tea offered to guests in self-serve style. While far from "fine dining," Seasons' Noodle offers mind-blowing noodle dishes in a no-frills setting, with a friendly and attentive purveyor. Absolutely worth a visit (or a Grub Hub order)!

The food here was so good! I definitely recommend doing takeout since it's a one man shop and the food can take a little bit of time. However, the wait is well worth it! The flavors are simple and delicious and these are hands down some of the best noodles I have ever had. They are thick, with the perfect bite. Definitely a hidden gem.

This noodle place is in a strange & hidden location, but that wasn’t big problem. We got the tomato & cucumber salad which was tasty, and a plate of beef & tomato and beef & onion noodles. The actual noodles were the highlight, springy and fresh. There was sufficient beef, tomato, onion & also bits of broccoli & bokchoy (could do more of those). However, the flavor of sauce for both noodles were quite flat. Had the chili oil been actually spicy it would have lifted the dish. We also were not offered any water, and the food took quite a while to come out despite us being the only patrons there.

The noodles themselves: absolutely 5 stars. The rest of the dish: 3 stars. The hand-cut noodles are the best noodles I've had in months, no question. I'd be surprised if there are better noodles in upstate New York, the nearest comparable would be in Toronto. The chew and flavor tell you just how fresh they are. That said, the rest of the tomato and tofu noodle wasn't too special: standard store-bought tofu and bok choy, cooked well enough but I'd do the same at home. Strange location as others have noted, but that's kinda part of the charm.I'd absolutely go again because the noodles were so good. And maybe the meat sauces are tastier than the tofu ones. But the point of a noodle restaurant is the noodles, and they excel at that.

We came here to support a restaurant run by an immigrant who has worked hard to build his own business. He runs the front of the restaurant and makes all the food fresh. The noodles have a nice chew, are not overly sauced, and come out quick. The destination inside an apartment building makes it all the more charming. Half the front counter is a keyboard where the owner practices his Rachmaninoff when he has downtime. The noodle dishes are only about $10.50 and comes in generous portions. The smashed cucumber salad is a must order. I really want to see this business succeed.

really good tomato cucumber salad, decent black pepper beef noodle. I asked for hand-cut noodles and they gave me ramen noodles so can't judge the noodles ?. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu!
