We don’t like to write a negative review about any small business. However, six of us met for lunch at Shui, and The lunches were delivered in a staggered fashion, minutes apart for each person. The last person‘s lunch came out a half hour after everyone else’s. The food was not flavorful. We will not be returning.

While the food is great the 35 to 40 minute wait to get a walk in order is ridiculous. They need help in the kitchen.

Below-average American Thai food. They only have one curry for some reason--it was fine, but really heavy on coconut milk and nothing special. I could probably make something comparable from a can, although they did have a nice sear on their tofu. That would be 3 stars, but I'm lowering it to two for the "coconut noodles," which were both too thick and in a really unpleasant gravy, I got some of it down but really didn't enjoy it.

Today will be my last time eating at Shui.I’m giving 5 stars because Shui has always been a fantastic place in Rochester to get Thai food. I’ve been going here since they had a place on Main St downtown probably about 5 years ago.Unfortunately, they got rid of 2 of my favorite dishes in Thai Curry section. I was told they were coming back. They never did.Today, I noticed that the quality of beef has diminished significantly, but prices went up. Can’t stand when restaurants do this.Farewell Shui! :(

Service took forever, meals were delivered in different time. Part of the order was confused. The food is just OK, not the best ingredients.

Can't rate the food because we've been twice during published hours online and on their window (even had their open sign up), and no one was there. Not sure why this continues to happen?

They have a great menu selection and the service is one of a kind. I highly recommend trying them out if you want something amazing to eat.

It was absolutely terrible! I ordered the Yam Pla Muk and it was yuck. There were very few squids on top of plain iceberg lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. There was no basil, lemongrass, onion, or spiciness whatsoever. The same thing goes for their Par Prik King, there was no flavor or basil, once again. I will never eat here again.

Delicious red curry! Look forward to trying other dishes from the menu. Large portions as well.

While the food is great I don't like the ordering process especially since I was dining in. You have to order, pay and then sit down. The food is awesome though so it makes up for the lack of service.

I always order this place every Wednesday. now I'm going stop to go this place due to cashier gave me a bad attitude whatever I requested on the menu. i asked her peanut sauce but it is not on my bag. She charged me for it even I ordered and plus tip. Now I decide to stop go this place even her attitude is not friendly for deaf people. She need to be nice and respectful.

We placed a huge team lunch order today with 30+ items and were absolutely thrilled with how delicious everything was! Every item was beautifully prepared with fresh ingredients, neatly labeled, and carefully packed for pick up so it was still hot back at the office. There was barely a morsel left and the team raved all day after going back for seconds and thirds. Thank you, Shui Team, for all of your hard work!

The worst pad Thai I've ever had. Noodles were rubbery and undercooked. Pad Thai isn't supposed to be a soup, yet that's how it came. In a soupy, wet bowl. Please save yourself the torture. The summer rolls has tomatoes in it, which was odd. But kinda
