Went there for dinner and drinks before a show at Geva. Great theme to the place and the menu. The drinks were generous and well executed. The food was absolutely delicious. Great place to stop i to or get food to go. The eggrolls are a must!

Unfortunately there was an extremely long wait when it was not a busy time, we waited over an hour for two wraps, which were quite small for an hour wait, and there was chicken bones in it. The wrap itself was very good otherwise, but unfortunately left after waiting an hour still hungry, which is disappointing for the prices!

My friend invited me to check out this bar. Greeted by security they were very nice. Upon entering and requesting a drink was totally different for two drink Tito and cranberry $30 and had to wait a min for the drink. Man at bar did not look like he wanted to serve us. We met some friends nice out door patio. Found out her drink was only ten same drink. So with that my experience was not great. Weather your big or small people should be greeted and have a great big smile coming threw word of mouth goes along way. I no one special. But noticed being the Rochester area small business don't have the hospitality to strive and grow. A smile and greet goes a very long way tells alot.

Partner and I stopped by last night for first time. Long been interested in visiting. Excellent jerk chicken and good cocktails. Food came fast and chicken tasty and succulent. Had a passion fruit martini. Not strong but tasty. Barkeep made us feel welcome. Will be back.

I have been a loyal customer of Sidebar Roc for some time now and have always enjoyed the atmosphere and drinks. However, my recent experience was quite disappointing. My friend and I walked in and stood at the bar for a few minutes, but unfortunately, neither of the two bartenders acknowledged our presence. Despite the fact that the bar was only half full, they chose to serve customers who arrived after us instead.
This was quite frustrating, especially considering the excellent service I have received in the past. I have always been impressed by the prompt and friendly service, even when the bar was busier with only one bartender. I hope that this was just an off day for the staff and that management addresses this issue promptly. I look forward to returning and experiencing the great service that I have come to expect from Sidebar Roc.
