Food was not great at all.. had to return the french toast… way too much cinnamon. Even the plain ones were not tasty… bacon was not freshly cooked food service food/// also hash browns food service quality…. Bathrooms not clean also……. Wait staff was the only bright spot.

It was fine but not really worth the price. Min $20 for an entree that's a slight step up from cheesecake factory in terms of quality. Coffees are like $8 for a latte. Charging more than Starbucks is crazy to me. Staff was nice, place was huge I doubt you'll ever wait and the inside is decent - it's really just the price point and food quality is way off.

I worked for silo for a while. the staff is great so are the cooks. they can push food out fast! the wait can be longer then expected if you have over 8 people for a party! you will not get setted untill all your party's are there due to how big the party. its easier for the staff to take all the orders at once, get all the food out at once. the bartender are amazing who make all the drink 🍸. keep in mind that it does get busy throughout the day! Please be patient with the staff that are working. they are doing they're best. I miss my crew in the back of the house! might have to stop by with candy for the staff! I am chronically ill and use a medical alert and response service dog to keep me safe and healthy. On August 8th, 2025 I went into Silo Brunch Bar for a date and was accompanied by my well trained service dog. My dog is in a close tight heel as we walk through the doors and goes straight into a down command while we wait for the host to seat us. She comes over and immediately asks for certification/paperwork which A.) is illegal to ask for and B.) doesn't exist in the USA. I politely explain this to her and explain that under the ADA she is allowed to ask 2 questions: 1.) is that a service dog required for a disability? Yes 2.) What tasks has he been trained to perform? Medical Alert and Response.
She proceeds to seat us outside and my dog is not in a down next to my chair out of the way, being completely under control and starting to fall asleep. At no point was my dog disruptive, disobedient, or more than a foot away from me. While we look over the menus and have a nice conversation with an off duty employee that was admiring my dog, the manager soon makes his way over to our table.
He was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. Demanding that I prove my dog is a service dog (which l've already told him what his tasks were and my dog hadn't done anything to discredit that he is a service dog). I again politely explain the laws and point him in the direction of ADA.gov website which he got even more rude and hostile saying he doesn't care about federal laws, he has a restaurant policy, and the he refuses to serve us because of my service dog. That is Discrimination.. my dog is here to keep me healthy and is no different from any other medical aid whether that be a wheelchair, oxygen tank, glucose monitor, etc. I depend on my service dog to keep me safe while I enjoy a beautiful date.
The treatment I received from this establishment is absolutely disgusting, humiliating, and dehumanizing.
I have filed a complaint with the D.O.J. and will be moving forward from there. No one should be treated how they treated me and if you have a loved one with a medical impairment or you yourself have one I do NOT recommend coming here. What they did was discrimination, illegal, ano just flat out disgusting. I'm very disappointed in this restaurant, because I was looking forward to trying their food. Good to know they do not allow people with disabilities into their establishment.

Seating policy is ridiculous. Four of our party of eight arrived at the restaurant. instead of seating us, we were made to wait at the front door until everyone arrived. Meanwhile, we could have had a few drinks while we waited. They were not even 1/4 full.

Went there today in order to celebrate my hubby’s birthday. Driving into the crappy parking lot, there was a nail in my tire. I could hear the air coming out as I got out my truck to go into the restaurant. Walked in and told the greeters what happened. They looked at me like a deer in headlights. Then, assigned us a server who obviously hated her job. After ordering our food, the Birthday Man had to send his plate back to be reheated as it came out cold. After paying for our meal, I spoke to the manager to advise her of the parking lot damage to my truck. She stated they couldn’t do anything because the damage could have happened anywhere. Needless to say, I am never going back there.
The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious. Do not bother to go there with a large group, as they do not take reservations and cannot accommodate. Been turned away twice now...

The philly cheese steak bowl was absolutely delicious and was very filling. I highly recommend the white chocolate peanut butter hot latte. It is the type of drink you don't want to end. I will definitely be returning ?
