This coffee shop is such a gem. The employees are very pleasant and welcoming towards everyone. The atmosphere changes throughout the day. It can be nosey or very quiet. I have not had their food, although my husband gets the soup on Saturdays. They have a menu that has vegan options. Their lattes are amazing they fill the cup, unlike Starbucks.This place is worth a try for anyone.Dietary restrictions: They offer almond milk and soy. They have gluten-free dairy free cookies.

Possibly my most favorite place in Rochester. Everything on the menu is excellent, the coffee is made perfectly every time, the baked goods are amazing, the atmosphere is local and relaxing, and everyone who works here is amazing. They’ll remember your name and sometimes your order - you don’t get service like that anymore especially in this post-Covid world. I’ll happy spend my money here every week.

I go here multiple times a week and have never had a bad experience, it's so personable and everyone will greet you by name once you've been a couple times. Everyone has always been incredibly friendly and the drinks are always perfect. Special shout out to Kalina who always makes my frappes and lattes perfectly. I always ask for a little extra ice in my frozen drinks so they last longer and she never adds too much to make it chunky and gross. I love it here and if we ever move out of town it will still be my go to, well worth a drive.

If I could give them a 6, I would. My wife and I have been coming here for a couple years, at least. The coffee and lattes are excellent. We frequently will do breakfast wraps with our drinks and sit and chill. I recently found that I have a problem with wheat so today I ordered a breakfast wrap minus the wrap. It came on spinach and I think they put even more pesto than usual. It was awesome. The pesto here is the best. Apparently, they make their own. I think they once told us they make three different versions. The girls are very friendly and always smiling which in my book is wildly important. They recognize us and I’ve seen friendly conversations with the regulars. We are not quite at that level but they know us. Anyway, we will keep coming. Here is the one slight downside, they are quite small and sometimes full. In nice weather, you can sit outside. They could use more space but I still grade them a 6 out of 5.

Highly recommend this cafe! The food and drinks are all amazing and the staff is always friendly and attentive! I've never once had my order incorrect or disliked anything I've gotten from here. The online ordering is very convenient, as they can get busy. Some of my favorites are the basil-artichoke-chicken panini, mediterranean veggie wrap, cold brew coffee (love to add cold foam & a flavor shot), and any of their bakery goodies (the best chocolate chip pumpkin bread I've had)! Their loose-leaf teas are great and affordable - love the Angel Falls for making iced tea at home! The only complaint I have is that I wish they were bigger and that they had more locations!

The blueberry muffin was maybe the best I've ever had.; moist and chuck full of barriers! The latte was perfect. It was a bit crowded but it's a small place so I don't know if they can do much about that. Service was quick!♡♡♡

At sips I saw the owner and she was being very rude to kids that weren’t on sips property and they were just selling lemonade and she was threatening to get the cops on them and they weren’t even on sips property and they had permission from the place they were at!!! The only good thing about this place is the workers who are very kind to the kids.
