We purchased a coupon book from the local middle school students in an effort to help them raise money for their DC trip. We were excited to see that the Henrietta and Del Lago Smashburger locations were listed on there. We made the 25 minute drive to get there and were told they don’t accept coupons because they are a franchise. They called a manager who still refused to accept the coupons even though their location was listed on there.

We were in town from Nc and we wanted Smash burger before heading back home since we don’t have one. I called at 8:37 to place an order, The female employee that answered was unfriendly and very snappy. She stated it they do not do phone orders and it was too late to do an online order. I asked could I come in( as I was only .2 miles away) she said in a very aggravated tone, “ yea but you got 10 minutes to get here.” As much as we love their Turkey Burger I refuse to spend my hard earned money in a place that has rude employees. Was not gonna waist my time and end up with an attitude burger. You can tell she was ready to go.

I felt compelled to make this review after a very disturbing customer service situation that left me feeling very unsafe.
I entered the restaurant and placed my order without issue. While I was swiping my card to pay, the customer service staff member walked away from the counter without giving me a cup for the drink that I had purchased. When I politely asked for my cup, she walked back over to me and said to herself "I'm just trying to do my job, man". She then proceeded to give me a non-refillable plastic cup - which, I have never been given when I patronize this restaurant, they always give me a paper cup that I can use to take a refill with me when I leave. So, I politely asked for a paper to go cup. She proceeded to argue with me about this, and then handed me a small clear water cup, which was also an issue to me because that's not the size that I paid for. She said that the other cups are "to-go" and since I was eating here, that I couldn't have one of them. At this point, I was getting slightly annoyed, and said "ok, I'll just take my food to go then.", and she finally handed me the cup that I was requesting - clearly very irritated with me. Eventually I was brought my food, which I still ate in the restaurant as originally planned. At this point, the customer service associate kept looking over at me - visibally upset that I was not taking my food to go after all. This is when the associate went behind me and started slamming the booths around, in an attempt to intimidate or irritate me. This happened numerous times over the next 10 minutes, and I left feeling very scared at what else could happen since this employee was so agitated.
I will not be returning to this location.

Our server was awesome honestly I wish I grabbed his name dude was short dreads working at 12:30 in the afternoon on October 16th helpful, diligent, attentive.
Also best brussel sprouts I've ever had in my life if I'm being honest they're the second best brussel sprouts but that's pretty impressive.

I'm unable to give any feedback on the food since they are closed. According to Google and their own website, they're supposed to be open until 9. They are not. We went there at 8:15 and the place was completely dark. Very frustrating.
