The food was sub par, service was slow. Customer service was tolerable. Several people left without ordering because it took way to long. One guy waited 15 plus minutes. And walked out before even ordering. He wasn't even acknowledged. Price was high, the place was spotless and spacious

I wasn't sure if we wanted to eat here today but we did and my wife regrets it. First thing order took for ever to come out we had to pull forward so they can attend other customers. When we got home my wife is pregnant and was craving fries with nacho cheese, my wife was disappointed when she open her fries were filled with onion and snap sauce she ask to have ONLY CHEESE. Fries ended up in the garbage. Also fries were over cooked super hard. Besides that food was good.

Snap Burger is the real deal! Should be packed. Recently moved back to WNY from the West Coast. Snap burger is better than In N Out. Gotta spread the word about Snap Burger.

Had not been here before. First thing that struck me was how clean and bright the restaurant was. The woman at the counter was friendly and helpful. Our order was prepared promptly and accurately. The food was hot, attractive and tasted good. No complaints.
