Place has good food me and wife like coming here but everytime we come in and put our coffee order in the lady who works at the register gives us a ton of attitude and rolls her eyes when my wife asks for caramel in her ice coffee which I pay for. Super rude and horrible customer service not sure how she has a job doing what she does

My classic BEC was delicious and well-portioned. My only complaint is that the staff was not experienced in making the espresso drinks, and it took a little longer than I expected.
No complaints really, except it could be more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The bagel sandwich was only $6 as well (super affordable imo)

My go to spot for breakfast on Saturday. Awesome coffee always so nice. I only had one problem with there drive thru and that day the man was so nice he didn't hear me pull up and I waited for 3 or so minutes until the car at the window was finished I pulled up and he said I'm so so sorry got my things and discounted me which wasn't necessary but appreciated I tipped what he discounted me. Thank you SoHo your amazing

Absolutely the best bagels in Rochester, in my humble opinion. They taste like bagels from NYC.. whether the are plain or used for a sandwich, they are amazing. Steak, egg and cheese on an onion bagel is a great combo. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. 5 stars isn't enough! Keep up the great work!
