I was in the area and decided to get a bagel sandwich for lunch. Haven’t been to Soho in a couple years and I don’t intend to go back! Ordered a chicken salad on whole wheat. The chicken salad, what there was of it, was disgusting, ONE thin strip of red onion, no tomato and of course, the lettuce was brown! The side of mac salad was basically red, assuming it was paprika, I hope! All & all it went right in the garbage! Save your money, wish I did!!

Ordered two bagel sandwiches, one $4.99 and one $8.99. Was charged $18.88 total. Tax included should have been $15.09. Where did the additional $3.79 go? Either their advertised prices at the drive thru are incorrect, there are undisclosed surcharges, or they charged extra and pocketed the rest... either way, wont go here again.

Such a welcoming place! I came with my granddaughter and enjoyed coloring and reading in the Living Room while we waited for our delicious bagels. Really excellent prices for high quality food. The cinnamon rolls are divine!

I haven't even eaten the food yet but if you can't keep your unprofessional attitude towards employees away from the earshot of customers I have zero desire to eat at your establishment. And since you show all reviews to employees I hope you show them this one so they know they deserve a union.

Place has good food me and wife like coming here but everytime we come in and put our coffee order in the lady who works at the register gives us a ton of attitude and rolls her eyes when my wife asks for caramel in her ice coffee which I pay for. Super rude and horrible customer service not sure how she has a job doing what she does
