Update 11-16-25: I talked to Mike, the owner. He was ok to talk to until he tried telling me what I had to do. Tried telling me I had to come in and tell him who I saw wiping their nose on to their glove and then using said gloves hand to put bagel in the toaster.
Not the best interaction a paying customer could have with an owner. He also did not listen to what I was saying and kept going on about how he conducts himself when I wasn’t talking about him.
Mike, I’m sure you are going to see this. Next time try not telling me what to do. I’m not your employee and I don’t take orders from you.
Update 11-8-25: went in to get our weekly bagels. The person who was working the toaster thought it was a good idea to wipe his nose on his gloved hand and then use the same gloved hand to work on peoples orders. This is a gross violation of health department standards.
Every week, you never know if you are going to get what you order or not. Sometimes it’ll 10 bagels. Sometimes it’s the 13 you are supposed to get. Today we only 11. If your people behind the counter can’t count to 13, find new help. Also, buy some regular size paper bags instead of trying to shove them all into a sandwich bag.

One of my favorites places. The past couple times were hit or miss but this morning I found a hair in my sandwich. As soon as I unwrapped it the hair was long and sticking out.

New to Greece. Visited there for the first time this morning and was very pleased the staff was so friendly and helpful. My food was great and my smoothie was too! (And trust me I'm picky) I will definitely be going back and making it a regular stop in my routine.

Plain bagel with grilled turkey, well done bacon, extra mayo, salt and pepper on the tomato. Who orders like that? I do!!! Who delivers? Soho bagel and cafe, with a smile on their faces. Let’s not forget that they have the best bagel in all of Rochester and use the best top quality ingredients that I have ever seen anywhere use. I highly recommend recommend them over any other bagel shop or restaurant I have ever been to. Don’t cheat yourselves, treat yourselves. Get SoHo’s, you won’t be sorry!!

Google had their hours writing right now, they close at 1pm Sundays for football season.
Best bagels in Rochester! And I love that they close for holidays and sometimess even the day after so all their employees can have time with their families. The people that work there always seem happy and the service is always great. More places need to treat their employees like this.

May 14, 2025 Update Very poor customer service. Waited and waited at the drive-through... no one in front of me... just to order 3 bagels.... 5 minutes went by, and no one even greeted me. Yes, the place was open. Better customer service is needed here.
Great bagels and sandwiches. Service is very slow both at the counter indoors and the drive-through outdoors. Very long waits. Recommended.

Was a long time supporter but their quality went downhill. The last straw was when I got totally disgusted by their filthy ways. Multiple hairs in a sandwich, handling money then preparing food with the same greasy gloves on. I have and never will go back.
