I called at 10am spoke to employee .Asked questions about bagels and ext...Told her we were driving over an hour to try there bagels and what I wanted ok no problem.WE WILL HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED.Well needless to say we drove all the way there and of coarse they did not have my garlic Bagels ..So then asked how long if we had to wait..Well we're not making no more bagels...Really it's 1120 am ..They close at 3pm..I get weekly catering orders over $500 ..So needles to say they will not get my business.Horrible ..DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.Plus the place wasn't very clean...Very Rude and nasty...unbelievable...STAY AWAY ...

I have been going here for many years and from my experience, these are the best bagels in Rochester. I always pick up a dozen when I have guests from out of town. I just wish they would fix their web info. I can't tell exactly what their hours are. Some parts of the site claim they are open at 5:00 on some days. Others say they don't open until 7:00.Parking: Easy access. Part of a strip mall.

Honestly, the best bagels I've found since moving to Rochester. the ordering/pay system isn't the most efficientwhen it gets busy, but staff are very friendly and helpful, and the interior is clean and appealing, would recommend to a friend.
Truly love this place! Some of the best bagels I've ever had and I used to work at a competitor's bagel shop and still prefer these over theirs. My favorite is a jalapeno cheddar but they also have a chonga (cheese,onion,garlic) which is divine as well. A big mouth sandwich will get you two eggs extra meat and extra cheese on whatever bagel you prefer a classic breakfast sandwich is one egg two slices of meat and one slice of cheese. They also have specialty sandwiches for lunches like Philly cheesesteak which is extremely popular and chicken sandwiches that rival even the best gastropub. If you look in your local flavor magazine they currently have coupons as well so you can try them for a discounted price.

Sorry Soho, but this morning was a waste for me I came in this morning to 1 person in line and someone else just getting thier order, so now at this point I've been there at the counter over 5 mins not one of the 3 behind the counter said anything to me like ( 1 sec we're trying to figure these orders out ) SO THEY LITERALLY Stared at 3 food orders trying to figure them out over and over again wow the drive through line was so long, I just left because I thought is was so easy to put a order on paper, It's just one of those mornings SMH. I passionate about my work ethic and have mastered so difficult things so I feel taking a breakfast order with plenty staff would be simple.
I'm in here at least once or twice a month for bagels and always had a good experience. Love their selection and they are always fresh and usually warm most of the time. Staff is friendly in the service is quick. And if you didn't know on Tuesdays there is a special for a half dozen of bagels with a tub of cream cheese for 10 bucks. Can't beat that.

Haven't had a bagel in years and stopped earlier this week at the "chain" shop. Plain Bagel with cream cheese was mediocre and expensive. Decided to stop at Soho this morning. What a HUGE difference! Plain bagel with fruited cream cheese - DELICIOUS - the absolute best I have had in many, many years! And the cost was significant lower! I will definitely be stopping more often and supporting a local business!

So we loved this place when we first went months ago. But after that, every order has been wrong, and bagels almost empty. Tuna, cream cheese, steak... everything skimpy. For their prices we were in shock.Since we noticed it was all new staff, we decided to give them another shot... same thing happened again. Not worth complaining seeing as there were always different obviously new staff there. They even posted a sign at the drive thru window we tried, to be patient since staff are all new, and that if you can't be patient then fill out an application to work here...yikes, with explanation points. I assume since we waited forever and orders were wrong and skimpy fillings. that other people must have yelled at them or something. Stay away unless you want to true away lots of money on empty bagels.

SOHO BAGEL is the best bagel restaurant in the City of Rochester. Mike and his employees make your bagel sandwiches fresh with real ingredients and the cream cheese selections are all handmade. I frequent this place multiple tines a week and I have NEVER had a bad sandwich. Great job Mike.
