...idk what is up with this place...I've never had this before and thought I could try...got the order completely wrong everything was very small portions...it was good for taste but got 3 sauces didn't get any of them and had a staple in our food which was in my grandma's food and saw it before she ate it...very disappointed of this and was expecting like the commercial but guess I was wrong...nvr again...

Drive up service it great. You pull up to a huge menu & you don't have a worker bothering you while your looking and deciding what you want. When your ready to order you push the button for service. Very polite service

Worst experience at any restaurant. We placed our order online. We drove up to the kiosks. First the guy said he'd be right with us. 10 minutes later we rang the bell again and he said he'd be right with us. We told him we were picking up a mobile order. He asked the name and then nothing else was said. We waited almost a half hour. I walked into the restaurant and someone came out. He asked what name we were waiting for and when I told him he said he didn't have an order for that name. When I gave him a different name he brought out the order. Instead of telling us in the first place he didn't have an order for that name he just let us sit out there. Our food was cold when we got home. I will never come here again.

The absolutely worst place to get food in Rochester. Sketchy, unprofessional and vulgar. This place should have its franchise revoked.
Ice cream is a solid, not a liquid. I ordered an M&M blast. It was served in a plastic cup instead of an insulated foam cup. Warm with the consistency of a shake. Two things I hate: Shakes and melted ice cream. Thanks!
