I ordered Sonic on DoorDash. My DoorDasher waited in the drive thru for an hour. I ordered a milkshake and two sandwiches. When I received my food, my milkshake was not in the sealed bag that the ticket said it was in. Didn’t receive the main item I wanted.

I actually ordered a mobile order I put in my time for 6:20 PM I went there it was 6:14 so when 6:20 came my order still wasn't ready It was only 3 workers working and they had mad orders it was crazy We stayed in the drive through for a 1/2 an hour that is unacceptable!!!

Sad case.
Zero. Long service. Ordered a smasher. And guess what. They smashed it up like dog food. The store employees really knows how to tell you they don’t like you. They really need new staff or to be closed . Either way this isn’t Sonic’s brand and it’s ruining most of rochesters experience

I’m really disappointed with how this Sonic location was being run. I placed an online order and checked in at a stall, then ended up waiting another 45 minutes for my food — just two sandwiches, two fries, two drinks, chicken bites, and mozzarella sticks for my son, my husband, and me. When my order finally came out, the girl who brought it to me was incredibly polite and clearly doing her absolute best, but she looked completely overwhelmed.
It was heartbreaking to see that the entire restaurant was being run by only two people. They were absolutely slammed, juggling car after car while still keeping smiles on their faces. You could tell they were working non-stop, hustling as fast as humanly possible and still making the effort to be friendly and professional. These two employees were a perfect example of dedication and hard work, but they were clearly underwater.The food was correct but barely warm by the time it arrived — honestly, I didn’t even have the heart to send it back or ask for it to be remade hot because those two were already doing everything they possibly could. However, the chicken bites were completely inedible; they looked and tasted like they had been sitting around forever, and the mozzarella sticks were the same way. On top of that, none of my sauces came with the order, which just made the meal even more disappointing.Once again, this is not the employees’ fault. They were doing their absolute best under impossible circumstances. My frustration is entirely with Sonic’s management for allowing this. Running a restaurant on a skeleton crew like that is unfair to staff and customers alike. Absolutely horrendous decision-making on Sonic’s part.

I tried the smash burger with bacon and it was delicious. All the food we ordered was very good. I also want to recognize how well the employees were at this location. Check out their menu and order your favorite food. I would definitely go back again.

got just about everything on the order wrong except the fries lol.. had to wait 30+ minutes for two burgers and an order of fries. unprofessional staffing, loud music playing from inside the restaurant and no urgency whatsoever. food was good though

First and last time I get sonic. Ordered Uber eats, cheeseburger and a $10 milkshake. Instead of giving me the $10 milkshake that I paid for they sent a medium Pepsi.
Never been here, just driving by
The most ghetto doordash pick up ever. No one answered the button at the stall then I had to go in and wait for two orders while people who came after me go thisr orders first. I had to ask for a drink tray even though there were two huge fountain drinks and ice cream in the order. The ice cream had no closed top on it which I didn't realize till it spilled and the customer had to help pick it up since I didn't want to touch his food.

Service zero. Ghost staff upfront. There are no dine in hours with live staff. Just an open floor. Food is zero: salty is cold. Customer care: zero , rude attitudes because they’re understaffed. Ordered online it took 45 minutes. 15 minutes in the dining area to be ignored. Then I singed in via the app another 30 minutes. Then cold food.I truly believe this store needs new management and workers. I’d never be back .
