The owner is BEYOND rude to customers in our experience. We would never recommend this piace, so many great restaurants nearby that you don’t need to bother with this one.

Great place chill people seems like a family type bond with the workers some friendly razzing and they dealt with belligerent drunks quite smoothly also love the little Astros turf picnic table area and karaoke night is a blast

Do NOT order the wedge salad! I saw the description of bbq bacon and figured perhaps it was brushed in bbq sauce when cooked, weird but ok. NOPE, it was swimming in bbq sauce-gross! I wish the waiter would have told me because I would have ordered something else. When someone orders a wedge salad they just want a wedge salad. Not all ideas are good ideas and no salad needs bbq sauce! Also the chicken fingers were weird and the buffalo sauce was flavorless.

Top notch staff... michelle is one of the best to work for. Its disheartening to see the worst of the customers leave bad reviews bc their bs was stopped. Because unbenounced to them theres alot of other customers ro serve besides the disgruntles. I say lets have a customer review per restaraunt so we know who not to allow in to fine establishments.this place is awesome. Only manipulative leave bad reviews on such a nice place.

The view is great that’s about it. Tables were rusty but clean I give them that. Service was okay menu selection is lacking and apparently they don’t have a drink menu per our server. I personally would not go back.

These reviews are very disgruntled and far from the truth.. Personally wouldn't trust any of them. Its a great place to be on a sunny weekend very relaxing.. I've been twice, and everything's been great!! Planning to go back soon!!..Keep up the great work Southbay!!!!

Ordered dinner that was absolutely disgusting and tasted nothing but a ball of garlic, then when I tried to complain to the manager he proceeded to respond with”well that wouldn’t be my first choice” and was very rude and unprofessional and told me I was rude🤣🤣🤣 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND who acts like that as a manager in a professional establishment?!?!???
The only good thing about this restaurant is the location. The owner and front end are not very hospitable. Two of my friends have also made comments about the owner (Mark) that were both negative.
I have been to this restaurant several times and this is not an isolated incident. We’ve tolerated it due to various reasons but at this point I have no intent of ever returning to South Bay.

We had the rib special yesterday and the waiter service were very good. But...FYI....we were very disappointed they wouldn't take my visa gift card. They gave an excuse they do nothing for them??? I don't understand. This should be posted on their website and/or on their menu! We went to another restaurant for dessert following our dinner and the gift card was accepted.

Fried mozzarella was great but the shrimp scampi over angel hair was far from scampi. The pictures don't really show how you are at the marshy end of the bay and all along the side of the outside dining area is piles of junk. Staff was pleasant though.
