Not what it used to be.

If you call to order ahead of time, they will answer only 1/5 of the time you call. We decided today, after once again trying and the phone ringing endlessly, to throw in the towel on this place. Terrible for business and customer service. Don't advertise take out if you don't answer the phone. They always say it's down, but it rings. Go to Highland Park Diner - they won't waste your time.

Ok for basic diner food but coffee is not the best. Very popular however.

Best sourdough sandwich in all of monroe county

Great place and we were a group of 10. Good, speedy service and very good breakfast. Lots of selections.

The customer service here is A1. The atmosphere is laid back. The food on the other hand is not my favorite. Ive tried a few of the French Toast and its just not doing it for me. The coftos always cool.

The restaurant has drastically gone down hill since covid. I rarely go in there anymore. They have changed their vendors the quality of food and taste has definitely declined, they raised their prices and smaller portions. I have sent my food back a few times. The food has been burnt served to me cold, and the restaurant is pretty much empty with no customers everything I go in now. I have been extremely disappointed in the service.

This is twice now in the span of a week that I went to this restaurant, during regular business hours, only to find them close. Absurd! That's no way to do business. Incompetence on part of the owner. Close up and stay home. Nuff' said.

Past Review: Always fantastic! Service is always impeccable so DONT FORGET TO TIP!!!!!! Food is bomb and on point everytime! Anything you get will be delicious! Coffee is really good too (free refills).

Home cooked meals in the restaurant and night service. We thought that we had a little bit better food the last time we were there. But if you want atmosphere and a great place for breakfast this is okay

Never had a bad experience here. Best challah French toast that I've had in Rochester. Turkey bacon cooked to perfection (and I love that they have bacon alternatives)!

S/O to Patrice and Jenna for always being the most friendly and attentive. I love going in the mornings and having some quiet reading time and they're always so good about making sure my mug is never empty!

Wheelchair accessibility: Front entrance has a ramp but there are 2 doors and it can be hard for wheelchair users to keep the first door open while reaching for the second door without assistance. The entryway is too small to fully enter, let the first door close, and then open the second. My friend's power wheelchair was too big to accommodate the opening radius of the door.
