A "Cheers" bar exists in Rochester, and its name is "St. Paul Proper".
I have never met a bar/restaurant owner more respectful of disabled persons. Dan (the owner) and Haley (Rochester's best bartender) were thoroughly thoughtful and ensured a premium experience while I was there.

We were a bit concerned when the GPS took us to the back of the building, but we drove around to the front and found street parking. The neighborhood is pretty Industrial but St Paul Proper is worth exploring outside of the norm. The burgers are huge and jucy. The tots are crispy and tasty. The beers on tap were delish! They had a good selection of beers plus mixed drinks though we didn't try any mixed.

Love this place. Wings and burgers are exceptional. In fact, wings are some of the best in the area. Haven’t tried the pizza yet but everyone loves it. Reasonable prices. Service is top notch. Great atmosphere. Fun people. A good place to watch the game.and have a few drinks.
