Just moved into the neighborhood. This is now my favorite go to Starbucks. They make my coffee perfect every single time. I don't even care that they don't do points there lol. You know you're going to have a good day when your coffee is made just right! Thank you to the African girls that always make my ice macchiatos. Very sweet girls. xoxo

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The baristas weren't paying attention and didn't know who's drink was who's. I had to ask for them to make mine 2x after they gave it away. I heard 2 other customers ask them to stop talking to each and just make their drink please. They were talking about other customers loud enough for everyone to hear and had no respect for the line and time of the customers. They didn't take any health protocols I know and have seen other Starbucks take in sanitation. If I wouldn't have heard multiple other customers having an issue as well as my own, I wouldn't be writing a review. They have a long way to go to be running a good location.

Huge turn-over of baristas at this store. Inconsistent quality of orders. They don't let us earn "points" on our Starbucks Cards at this store.Parking: You'll be lucky to find a spot anywhere near-by.

The manager of this establishment is very arrogant and she doesn't even know how to brew coffee. Sadly she doesn't have any customer service skills. I asked her to make me another quote for it. I even was willing to pay a new coffee just to get it right. At that moment she decided to call the police and had me detain for an hour because I asked for my coffee to be done properly.

Starbucks is a group where you normally do not see a lot of change from location to location. For that reason, most of my reviews of Starbucks is pretty standard.The staff here, like all the other Starbucks, was very friendly and greeted me very cordially. Very politely, asked me to wait one minute then took my order. This area was larger than usual and there was plenty of space in the area for seating. I am glad that we have returned to these seating areas being open againMy order is always simple "Vente Pike, no room for milk." With a smile (I can see through mask,) " she took both my order and my friends.A minute later, I had my coffee and I was out the door.I know that Starbucks locations are very strategically placed and make it easy to grab a great cup of coffee in many places that would otherwise not be able to have coffee available to the public. The staffers are always pleasant and easy to work with. I remember asking the clerk exactly where the store was located. She told me to take the elevator down one floor. Poof, there it was. I was so excited that I bought the clerk a coffee.Kudos to Starbucks on their focus of the customer experience.

I ordered a grande brown sugar shaken espresso and this is a drink I have ordered many many times but not from this location. When I ordered it from this location it came out white as snow. They clearly made it wrong as it was very obviously all oat milk. When I told the ladies behind the counter that it was made wrong they told me I had to reorder and pay for another one. I told them that I get this drink all the time and it is not this white. They just kept telling me to reorder and pay. Not sure why they can’t own up to their mistakes instead of making me pay for it. Very rude staff and won’t correct your order if they get it wrong. I suggest you go on Starbucks’ website and have the recipe ready to go since they are too stubborn to accept their mistakes!

Note, the Hyatt owns this store; thus cannot accept Starbucks promotions nor the square QRcode checkout to earn points. They accept only unlinked payment or the rectangular Pay & Scan account.
