Great location. Same prices and availability as all other locations. Great service and friendly employees. Parking is free and there is plenty due to it being in a retail plaza. Great location if you’re wanting Starbs!

Two different times I came here staff seemed like I was personally inconveniencing them buy purchasing a drink. The drinks are the typical Starbucks quality and the store seemed clean and nice. But the staff turned me off of ever returning to this location. There’s other Starbucks in Rochester, I can go somewhere else.

I’ve never left a review for a Starbucks before, because the coffee is always great. But the girl who helped me, Maria, at this location, was one of those employees that went above and beyond, super cheery and helpful, and they need more workers like her. She made my morning!

I usually get the same drink everyday to wake myself up. I have a java chip frappuccino but lately for whatever the reason I'm not sure why, it's just not tasting very good with the ingredients that they're putting into it. I'm not sure if it's not following the directions that I'm asking them to do or they are not mixing it properly but it doesn't taste like a chocolate venti java chip frappuccino. Paying 7 dollars a drink...so I kind of expect it to be made the same...and not mixed with another ingredient that should not be mixed with it. Chemicals react differently. Almond milk, chocolate and light ice can't seem that hard to make or mix... Sadly something is off and I hope it gets fixed. Customer service is always great but mixed drink not so much.
