There was a piece of garbage in my lemon loaf ☹️
The drink was good though 😕
ETA: called to ask for them to refund the lemon loaf and they ‘can’t do it over the phone’ and told me I need to go into the store. I didn’t even go into the store to get the dirty lemon loaf. Demoting to 1 star. 😒

The reviews confirmed my doubts - staff here is borderline rude and takes ages to make your order. There were people in the store but it shouldn't really take 20 mins for 1 latte right. Also did not add the topping that comes with the latte and when i asked they simply said they are out of it - you should mention it when a customer places an order.

By far one of the fastest service Starbucks I have ever been to!
Have worked in customer myself for over 10+ years. This location recently especially this morning is lacking customer service in all regards. Girl who took my order in drive thru stopped me from ordering completely, politely told her I wasn’t done. Get up to window she’s even more rude, I politely ask for a straw for my drink and she snarky goes “YUP”. I am a customer facing employee myself everyday for my job, just in a different industry. You can be annoyed and tired or whatever the problem is but you don’t get the opportunity to be rude to a customer. Brown haired girl tanner girl needs some training for sure.

My husband went and placed my order. When he brought it home it was missing the brown sugar cold foam that you have to pay an extra $1.10 I believe for. These drinks are expensive enough but to pay almost $10 for a drink and not get the extras you have to pay for is quite disappointing. Then to have to drive back if you choose to is now using gas to get something that should have been there in the first place
The staff is very friendly and usually pretty fast unless its busy

I am a familiar customer of Starbucks, and I am very sad when my favorite coffee taste is changed because of the heartless and rush that makes the salted caramel cream Cold Foam mixed into coffee is like whole milk, it not Thick cream
Lamar is a national treasure! I got a coffee and a pleasant hype session that I didn’t know I needed. The world would be a better place with more ppl like Lamar! A Starbucks trip to remember, thank you for being an exceptional human being!

the manager victor is extremely rude to customers and talks down to employees in front of customers. most employees are nice but higher ups are horrible
Stopped at this Starbucks location. I had wanted to sit outside, all of the tables and chairs were filthy and mud splattered this was at 12:00. The location had some drive up customers but not busy. I asked staff about cleaning materials so I could sit outside . They noted that “night shift” usually takes care of this and handed me a wet rag and some paper towels. At that point with the location not being busy I would have expected someone to come out at clean the chairs and tables. Not the case, I cleaned my chair and table and returned the items. So much for customer service anymore.
Worst Starbucks in Henrietta. You say light ice. They triple the ice. They make horrible drinks. Every time we go there they give us wrong drink or it’s just not made correctly. I have now learned my lesson and will not go back to this location

They only have 1 person making drinks and the person moves very slow, so I waited 15 minutes for 1 drink that wasn't even made right (missing the key ingredient) for $11. Sure it's not always like this but maybe better management would help.
