Everyone has at least heard about this chain and they are all the same. High ceilings, loud limited seating tonight. Pretty busy with plenty of staff, it seemed like they focused on the drive through more than in store. I had to check for my drink a couple times and wasn't sure it was mine. Although it's in a plaza the parking can get pretty tight with the other businesses. Men's room was kinda messy and they don't have paper towels... Still using the blow dry method that sucks.Parking: Can be limited when at peak business hours.Wheelchair accessibility: Door is wide enough but no automatic opener And one of the two doors was locked which is against code for egress.

Ran very late but it was black Friday. The ETA when I pre-ordered was 4-7 minutes. When I went into the store to wait, I saw that they started making my drink 27 minutes after I ordered and it was prepared within 29 minutes. I think they were running late because of black Friday. They were very kind.
I’m a regular at this Starbucks, and it’s usually great. This time, my barista was Loulou. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this location because of this employee. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness at ANY establishment, let alone this one. She rolled her eyes at me, was acting disgusted that customers were in line, and was overall VERY rude. If you don’t like customers, don’t work with customers! My friends have also had similar experiences with this barista, I was hoping she was having an off day but it appears that’s just how she is.

This Starbucks has gone down hill fast in service and reliability! It is never open as to hours posted, always has hand written notices taped to the windows and doors "Sorry, not open due to lack of staff", or "Drive Thru Only Cafe Not Open"Come to find out from a staff member later all due to half the staff scheduled to work called out!This happens at this location ALL OF THE TIMEIf this is the case, just shut down this store. Ya got enough stores in the area to pick up this one needing to close! Your staff constantly wont show.
