Order two drinks inside, waited over 15 minutes, this includes going up to the counter twice after seeing several individuals coming and going. Somehow our order was list in the shuffle and the dunk my son ordered, want even on the menu or available until sometime in October. The person at the register didn't even say anything and decided herself to just put in another drink for him. Paying attention to people who are waiting, and ordered there, especially after going up to the counter twice to ensure we didn't miss our names being called, should be payed attention to. I understand things are busy, but you also should be aware of your surroundings and the customers in front of your face, not just mobile orders and roboting then out. We never go there because I think a few years ago it was the same crappy experience. Lesson learned, Starbucks is off the list forever.

Terrible service, ordered 2 drinks one came out after ten minutes the other took over 20 minutes. After telling three different staff members what drink I was waiting for I was finally handed a cup only to find they made the drink wrong with no syrup in it. Don’t waste your time with this location.

This location is often busy and with understanding that I know things can be forgot
ten. You have to insert yourself as they will just ignore you or allow you to stand there for 30+ minutes before addressing you.
I even called to ask for an item and before I can explain what I was talking about i was hung up on. The food has hardly disappointed me it's always been the service. I much prefer going to the one closer to home

This location is the slowest but don't tell the Supervisor that. Absolutely no one was moving with any sense of urgency. 40+minutes to wait for a coffee eventually gave up on waiting for a plain americano . The entire pick up area was filled with dead food and drinks from other customers that eventually gave up on waiting for a product. When I asked the supervisor for a refund she had nerve to have an attitude like her shift employees weren't moving like they were all high and out of it. No one wants to also come back and get a drink remade later. Absolutely no respect for the customers time.

This Starbucks plays their music VERY loud. When I asked if they could turn it down a bit, I was told that they were not allowed to turn it down. Apparently the district manager wants it always to be that loud. What happened to the customer is always right. It is somewhat difficult to carry on a conversation.

We were IGNORED-We watched the girls make over 15 'car drive thru orders' & 12 'pick-ups from ordering ahead' while we waited, & begged to be next, & watched & FINALLY began counting- so it actually was MORE who got their drinks made, before our 2 simple ones.
DO NOT ORDER INSIDE! THEY HATE THAT & WILL NOT RESPECT YOUR PLACE IN LINE! YOU WILL BE PUT ASIDE/BELIEVE ME-Our 3rd & last time there/This is normal operating procedure for this location.

Just waited 30 minutes (dine in) for a sandwich and iced coffee. I had to go up and ask for my coffee to be made. The system of prioritizing pick up orders over dine in customers is infuriating.
Horrible The Asian girl who served me left me waiting 30 minutes for a drink that was only water with milk, and she was making the drinks halfway, she didn't even fill the glass... and she had a horrible attitude, I won't go back to that Starbucks
