These guys were BUSY, but friendly and quick.Vegetarian options: The spinach feta wrap, egg bites and impossible breakfast sandwich are vegetarian and any espresso drinks can be made with almond, soy or oat milk.

Why is this location out of lemonade all the time ? Twice in the last two weeks. I came and they didn't have it I went back a few days later and they had it then I go back 2 days later and they're out again. Clearly more needs to be order.

This is the worst one in the area. Moved from Webster and now this one is the closest to me. I am there every day at least once a day and I always have trouble and order is never right. To the point I am ready to go to Dunkin

This is the slowest location I've ever been to, which is saying something. I placed a mobile order at 7:10am while getting ready for work. I arrived later than the pickup time. I stood there for 20 minutes. Finally at 7:50am I asked if they were close to my drink. I was told it would be another 20 minutes at least. At this point, I'm going to be late for work, so I asked for a refund. I then had to wait on line at the register and got a bit of an attitude. On top of that, the cashier called me Allison. As a full grown man, beard and all, do I look like an Allison? Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but coupled with the attitude, it made me a little mad.I have worked service industry jobs all my life. I understand how crazy it can get. Perhaps management needs to staff more appropriately during mornings to help the staff out.Save yourself the aggravation and go to Tim Horton's across the street.

This location is always out of stock of something. Whoever does inventory need a new position. It was so messy. The display case was emptied with trays of stuff. Just sper unorganized. The trash are was so dirty. Seeing as it is connected to where you get your food I expect better. Also...again.... I was allowed to order and pay for something that wasn't in stock

There is zero reason why anyone should wait for over half hour for a drink after ordering it on mobile. The food wait was fine. The barista was rude and didn’t try to remedy the situation, just brushed us off and then went to make drinks of others who arrived after us. Because of this wait, we missed a meeting and had to pay to cancel our ride share. If you are going to accept mobile orders, drive thru and inside orders, there needs to be a better system.

i found a ANT in my drink. i was drinking it while i found it. i also ordered my drink at 6:40 and i waited 20 minutes for it. the place is clean but it also has crumbs on the table from people not cleaning it.

I typically love Starbucks. This location is not as productive as other locations. It's not a cafe or quaint coffee shop. It's. Starbucks where a consumer should be able to get a quick coffee. I waited 15 minutes for an iced coffee. It was a little frustrating as they did or have a lot of customers (or at least that's the way it appeared- see pics) and I counted at least 5 employees walking around out back that had green aprons on in addition to those out front. Just didn't seem very organized. I don't like becoming impatient but seeing so many employees and waiting 15 minutes for a coffee was quite frustrating.

The only issues I have had going through the drive thru is that sometimes they do not get special requests correct (switch in water for lemonade). Today, I went inside for the first time. It was extremely busy (expected). What I didn't expect was for the group in front of me not to have their order after 15 minutes of waiting. I had to walk out after paying to make it to work on time. I guess doing mobile orders is more important than filling orders of people actually physically there because that never dropped below 5 finished orders. SMH.
