It used to be nice to come here but the recent change in staff has made a huge difference. Much longer waits, getting the wrong orders more often than not, this location is very busy always has been but they need a structure to manage the business.

Royal Serve

Very busy and high-demand Starbucks location. There’s almost always a steady flow of people, so it’s not the best spot if you’re looking to sit quietly and relax with a cup of coffee.

However, it’s a great grab-and-go location. Fast service despite the heavy customer volume, orders move efficiently, and it’s very convenient to stop by and pick up a latte on the way.

Well organized, practical, and reliable when you need coffee without delays.

I ordered a venti iced white chocolate mocha with peppermint cold foam and a brownie. I told the cashier not to heat up the brownie. They gave me the drink with no cold foam and added whipped cream, which I don't like. There was some kind of issue with the register, so the line was backed up. It was getting late and I was going to be late for work. They gave me the incorrect coffee, then told me I had to wait for the brownie. I asked three employees if they could just have the brownie, all of whom said it would be right up. I then saw a woman place the brownie in the oven to heat it up. I said loudly enough for her to hear, not to heat up the brownie. I repeated it at least twice, at which point another employee stopped her. I don't want melted chocolate chips all over my hands, which is why I always say not to heat it up, but this has happened a few times. They just don't listen when you specifically say how you want your items prepared.

Blossom rd Starbucks has great employees! The ginger with the bun that works the window Sunday mornings is halarious! Great energy, always very positive! Almost more of a pick me up than the coffee! Keep it up man 🏴‍☠️

I really appreciate the kindness and enthusiasm from the employees. I was having a tough day and was waiting for my order, and the nicest barista walked my order over to me. Small acts of kindness matter in this world, and this Starbucks knows what's up!
