I ordered a venti iced white chocolate mocha with peppermint cold foam and a brownie. I told the cashier not to heat up the brownie. They gave me the drink with no cold foam and added whipped cream, which I don't like. There was some kind of issue with the register, so the line was backed up. It was getting late and I was going to be late for work. They gave me the incorrect coffee, then told me I had to wait for the brownie. I asked three employees if they could just have the brownie, all of whom said it would be right up. I then saw a woman place the brownie in the oven to heat it up. I said loudly enough for her to hear, not to heat up the brownie. I repeated it at least twice, at which point another employee stopped her. I don't want melted chocolate chips all over my hands, which is why I always say not to heat it up, but this has happened a few times. They just don't listen when you specifically say how you want your items prepared.

I was having trouble with the app and called the store. The barista told me no worries, to let them know what I’d like and they’d make it for me. My drink was made just right. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was right and truly was the highlight of my day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our go-to location.
