I was having trouble with the app and called the store. The barista told me no worries, to let them know what I’d like and they’d make it for me. My drink was made just right. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was right and truly was the highlight of my day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our go-to location.
I’ll start by saying that the staff are awesome! That said, I’m not sure what’s going on with the consistency of the food - something I’ve always appreciated about SB. I ordered a bacon gouda sandwich and it’s just sad. The bacon is barely there and what was is a shriveled up mess. Let’s do better.
Over all five stars, the printer didn’t print the ticket for it to be expo-ed … not the Barista’s fault that happened. They were so attentive I didn’t wait that long for them to fix it! Good hospitality!??
