This Starbucks is inside the Tops market. No place to sit just order pickup and and extras to your drink and move on. Not what I was expecting and the Google directions got me to the plaza, but stopped after that. It wasn't until I noticed the Starbucks logo on the Tops building that I realized it was in the store.

I ordered 2 Grande Lattes - Caramel Brulee and Peppermint Mocha as a special treat for us. Got them home and while the caramel was fine mine was only mocha... No peppermint! I can see an error happening if they're busy, but there was one other customer besides me. Way too pricey to not get what you wanted.

Was ignored for about 3 mins while girls were right in front of me. They saw me and didn’t try and even acknowledge me. Then one got on her phone. Still ignored me and I had to walk away. Rude as hell. Will never go back there.

I came in on Christmas Eve and there was a massive line with only two girls working back there. But, for some reason, their manager was not helping the girls at all; she was restocking cups and kept leaving for God knows what. My drink was great as always, but this is a reoccurring issue I notice with the manager. Because of her, I cannot in good conscience give a higher rating. I hope my observations are just a coincidence and that the manager actually does her job properly all the time. I used to be a regular customer but, I don’t think I want to continue coming anymore and give the manager my business.

Hands down the best location. All the employees are so kind and welcoming. They always make my daughter feel special and remember my husband's favorite drink. Our drinks are always made to the absolutely highest quality. April and the team there are lovely.

Today we ordered a White Chocolate Mocha Frap. and a Pineapple Passionfruit Lemonade Refresher and both were great. Thank you to the nice lady who took our order and the other nice lady who made them. We were sorry that you were subjected to rudeness by that other patron of your establishment. She was out of line and her rudeness was uncalled for, as well as the scene she made. Hopefully the remainder of your day was better after she left, and that you don't encounter her presence again. Both Starbucks employees were very professional and courteous. Thank you again.
