I show up there to get my 2 drinks that I preordered. I give the lady my name. she says the drinks are not ready. i wait 10 more minutes as I watch everyone come and go with their fresh drinks. She circles back to me and says whats the name? Then goes "oh thats been up on the table". So now I am left with 2 dead drinks that are filled maybe up to the 3/4 line on each cup. What a waste. Stick with McCafe, better prices, non liberal staff and good attitudes.

Standard pre made starbucks food and good drinks, but exceptional staff! Every single barista who works here is an angel. Theyre all so bubbly and sweet and fun, 10/10 would leave a nice tip every time. They deserve it.

I've actually never had anything bad to say about a Starbucks ever, but this one was absolutely horrible. After going inside ordering our drinks I got a Venti Caramel Machiatto with extra caramel, it comes out after 10 minutes with literally not a single ounce of caramel in it. No big deal right? Right they'll just add some caramel, so I ask and they put literally 1/4th the cup full of caramel and it was the worst drink i've ever had in my life. I'll never come back to this Starbucks as the staff was rude and doesn't know how to make the drinks properly at all.

This specific location has messed up my drink more often than not but the manger alicia always fixed things and is very kind. Seems under staffed or just to busy and mix ups happening often. Using the app gets me gifts often, love the app

Highly encourages Mobile Ordering through app, because of course Covid. They always have my order nice and neat when I arrive to pick it up. And I love the addition of the stickers over the iced drinks, especially when carrying multiple of them. I came in one time and the lobby was congested because people kept coming in and ordering. Really, the only time I had to wait was during that time so I could sneak around them and get my order from the mobile order table. People should call ahead if unsure about their serving policy, I try to during these times.

I’ll NEVER come back to this location and I’ve debated on this in the past but I overlooked a few employees amongst a few other things. Anyhow I go in today to be told they are a mobile store only but the two customers ahead of me did not get told that and they were allowed to order food. Now since they have been back open I’ve been here five times without using the mobile app and the store manager is who served me those five times. Why are they just now saying this???? All the money that I’ve spent at this store are you kidding me. If this is the case then young man with the mini fro you need to be telling everyone this that did not order through the mobile app. I’ll spend my$20 a day else where!!

This Starbucks is a mobile order only store now just so you all know. Hopefully just during the pandemic because its kind of weird. They let me order once on store because I didn't know and they don't really make it clear anywhere...I even read the signs on the door before I went in.

My cousin went in this morning to grab me a coffee because I broke my leg and can’t move. Well, she comes to tell me the girl at the front counter asked her if she had ordered a “mobile order.” My cousin replied no. She then told her, “you should have ordered online, and next time we prefer you order online. But it’s not a big deal though.” Um??? Excuse me? I know this is petty, but just as petty as the girl giving an attitude about my cousin walking in to order and not online. Not for nothing, who is she to tell anyone how to order their coffee?! Just think it was rude to do that. Should feel a warm welcoming walking into a Starbucks, not feel shunned for not using the app.
