Overall great experience, great breakfast for on the go. Drink was mostly correct but definitely not blonde espresso. Definitely not even espresso in my shaken espresso. Tastes good, but it's either iced coffee or cold brew being used. Nothing else to really critique. It's a clean atmosphere and the staff is amazing.

Awful customer service and they barely ever get the orders right. This is the last time I ever visit this location, I would rather drive to Calkins rd. My matcha latte has CHUNKS of matcha powder in it because they didn’t blend it, and they gave me an old, cold slice of pumpkin bread that was supposed to be warmed. Maybe stop rushing through orders bc you lose customers this way.

Very chill store and great baristas. The girl up front helped me to figure out a new drink to order and even offered to make me something new if I didn’t like it. Will definitely be my new go-to starbucks when I’m in Henrietta!

Been here twice and both times my order was incorrect. Either they gave me the wrong size or didn’t put in the add-ins I asked and paid for. Drive-thru is also a weird layout.

This is by far the best starbucks in our area! The management is fantastic and the baristas are super friendly and professional.
Waited 10 minutes with nobody in line for 1 frappe. When they handed it to me finally, it was so messy that I had to ask for napkins to clean the outside of the cup. Then I drank it and it tasted like just water with a hint of creamer. If I could give location zero stars, I would.

Cute, clean, and spacious cafe place, perfect for sitting down to get some work done or talk to others! There's also a covered patio outdoor seating area for the warmer season. Very nice and efficient Starbucks Partners at this location.

This Starbucks is a hidden gem right now! We went and it was not busy at all for a Saturday morning, unlike the other locations nearby that get crazy. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful! And they made excellent coffee and food for us. They have mini ice balls instead of cubes, which was exciting lol.
Inside is beautiful with a great layout and great for a visit anytime.
Thank you to the staff for such a great first visit! We'll be back soon.
