The drink itself was good, but the experience was terrible. I waited over 30 minutes for a latte. The staff asked for my name multiple times and kept saying my drink was “in the queue,” but it never seemed to move any closer to being made. By the time I finally got it, everyone who ordered after me had already been served. Totally disorganized and frustrating. Silly that they prioritized drove thru versus people who were in the building.

I’m not one to leave a review for a chain as big as Starbucks but this location continues to impress me. Every time I come in for an online order, they check in with me when I walk in and if possible expedite my order if I’m a little early. Always friendly and efficient, by far my favorite in the area

When this location just opened, it was still trying to find its footing. But they have become my favorite spot to get coffee on the way to work! I don't know the name of the one barista that normally works the window in the mornings but she not only knows my name but knows my favorite color and I drink orders before I even get there. It's amazing and it makes me smile on the way to work

While I was on break at work, I accidentally placed my order for the wrong Starbucks and didn’t even realize! A staff member there kindly asked what I was waiting for, and made my order for me on the spot. What a kind gesture for my own mistake.
She even helped someone after me for the same exact reason!
I wish I remembered her name to give her recognition, but that really saved me time and frustration while on my break at work. You saved my whole day :)

Just ordered two drinks. Both wrong. No names on the orders. No description. Slow service. Staff not attentive. I just walked out. Please do better.
It seems like the priority was the drive thru and not customers in the store.
Starbucks has never impressed me. But here I had one of the worst cappuccinos I have ever had -- completely flavorless. The baristas were friendly and the place was clean, hence the 3 stars. But I will not be drinking coffee here anytime soon.
For those who love to sit down with their laptop to work: this place is not for you -- the acoustics are weird and everyone around you feels a little too loud.

The blonde female manager is the worst, and because of her, I've decided to save my 1k per year, and make my green tea at home. It tastes the same, so why give them my money?

1st time physically going inside this location— it’s only been open since June, so it’s fresh and clean. I’ve been through the drive thru a few times as well, and while the staff are new, everyone seems to be getting in a groove now. Prompt and courteous service- I had better luck than the poster below I guess, because I had no issue at all using my Starbucks app to pay. I actually depleted my balance to had to put the remainder on card, and that worked just as well.
It’s a pretty basic layout, nothing too exciting about the design corporate chose for this location, but it’s quiet, has outdoor seating, and a very long drive thru lane to accommodate rush hour, so efficiency makes up for the bland design. Sat outside and ran after trash that had blown off the table only to note there’s no trash can outside (yet?). I’m always grateful to have more Starbucks around— I’ll miss the peacefulness of this location once the ALDI opens!

They don’t accept card or payment through the Starbucks app. Cash only??? In 2024? They need to close this location down. Luckily I had cash but wouldn’t accept my 100 dollar bill due to them not having enough change. The management needs to step up their game or this place won’t survive.
