What a crock! The coffee and food are okay, honestly a bit on the mediocre side, but this location on the University of Rochester campus is now refusing to use Starbucks gift cards or the app to pay. Seems Starbucks isn't really concerned with honoring their own systems. Looks like there's one more place I'm not going to be visiting ever again.

Wow. Came to $3.51, gave the employee $20.01, she slid the penny back to me and gave me $16.49. I said I was hoping for two quarters, she said the math didn't work out. I pray she isn't a student at the university.

Spent many hours here. I like the place. Like it more after the busy hours.

I Waited for half an hour and they just made me the wrong drink. When I asked them to remake, they procrastinated and put my drink aside. Such a bad experience!Some employees were just chatting instead of working! Slackers!

For how long the lines get, the service is quick. They're more than happy to fix an incorrect order. They should probably be paid more since this is one of the busiest Starbucks in the Rochester area.
Well these energetic staff keeps it lively and fun filled experiences. Come and you don't want to leave!
