Great place, love it here. Good food, good beverages, bright & open, great outdoor seating. This is the former Starry Nights location, and if you haven't been yet I highly recommend it!

The sandwiches and paninis are consistently excellent- really liked the Cuban when they had it and the caprese is delic. Coffee is great as is the staff. Last I checked you couldn’t order online and it’s popular so plan a little bit of wait time.

This is a wonderful little place to have breakfast at. The food was great and the cappuccino was excellent. The people working there were friendly and helpful. Only two issues: 1. not enough outside seating and 2. when we were there some menu items were unavailable (among them waffles). It was very busy when we visited, but the wait was not long at all. We'll be back next time we're in Rochester.

Loved this coffee shop! I got the Elvis toast and it was great.

Touted as a "Zen" environment, but even though it wasn't busy every customer was given a beeper coaster and so about once a minute a shrill beep would go off, negating any Zen feel. The artwork, while interesting/compelling, can only be described as dystopia aggro, again not at all Zen. The staff was super friendly, however they neglected to take our complete order and did not read back to confirm so we got only 1 of two breakfast items. This was an innocent miscommunication, but we did not have time to wait for it to be corrected. Again the staff was super friendly and wanted to correct the mistake, we just didn't have the time to wait.

Excellent place for breakfast! Although I would suggest getting there before 9:30AM on the weekends if you want to beat the rush!

Pretty packed but friendly service and got my cappuccino pretty quickly. Really tasty croissants.

I have so many great things to say about Matilda’s! Firstly, the atmosphere was bright and open! It’s a great place to go and study and to just take your laptop to hang out. The food was also amazing. I got the salted caramel latte and the hot cakes, both were sooo good! The staff was super nice and helpful. Will definitely be back and will be recommending!

Great new shop. Beautiful and a fun place to be. I love the corner location which is very visible. Outdoor seating is awesome and will be on warmer days. Definitely feels over hyped to me. Service was friendly but getting food took a very long time and food is costly. I even felt like the $5 cold brew was tiny and half ice. Inside area is very small and cramped because the store is so narrow. Definitely a cool place to check out but there are better places for food and coffee
Wonderful organic food. Has choses for everyine vegan vegetarian and more

Great coffee, food and service, reasonable and efficient. Walking distance to local theater venues. What's not to like?

It felt like my home...NYC...people were bustling, engaged and talking. Some people were playing board games or cards readily available. I felt like air was in my hometown..NYC...iT felt like Greenwich Village. I will be back...

Awesome cafe' in the spirit of a European bistro...full of changing art and very intimate for two people to talk.
