Service was not good enough for what they charge for the food. The food was good, but it took way to long to be served and one of my family members didn't even get her food. Adding gratuity to the bill as if it was a food item is crazy. So you get taxed on the gratuity and then are charged an additional 4% when you pay with credit card....RIDICULOUS! We won't be going back.

While we have been going there for Sunday brunch well before the recent explosion of popularity. I must say the decline is clearly visible. The food was great the Shrimp and grits were amazing, Howevr this Sunday was way too different. it’s hard to eat with someone hovering over your table. This individual s have no respect or manners. The whole time we are trying to eat people are hovering and making slick comments that are not appreciated. Our server still did an amazing job given the clear discomfort! Let’s just say this is the last time at Studio Lounge! t

Dined here on a Thursday there was a live band and $1 raw Oysters! The ambiance was very nice, dime lighting. We made reservations earlier in the day, be sure to do so because the space isn't too large. Our server was friendly, we received our food quickly and everything was delicious and flavorful. Cant wait to go back.

So I attended Studio Lounge years ago in 2022 before they had to rebuild and I loved it! The owner Chris was so nice he came around to each table personally, making sure we were satisfied and even gave our table complimentary green tea shots and desserts…I had never had that type of dining experience in all my years living in Rochester…..Fast forward to 2025 I went again with another group of friends and had a ball!….The service was great, we didn’t have to wait long at all….the appetizers and entrees came out hot and delicious nothing at the table had to be sent back …. the new young executive chef Keyonna Rogers (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong 😣) is definitely in that kitchen doing her thing because everything was flavorful. The drinks 10 out of 10! …we all had nothing bad to say….yes you will pay $50-$150 per person….but to me that’s definitely not bad prices for great food, drinks, atmosphere, and experience!

This is a review of the nightclub portion only. I’ve been for food in the past and enjoyed myself. Unfortunately, it seems whenever I come to the bar I can’t seem to get served. I believe this is the fault of the bar staff and not the establishment because when I have been for dinner the service was great. I have been to clubs all over the world and I have never in my life waited 30 minutes to order a drink. The bartenders at this establishment are genuinely racist. All of the non Black patrons were serviced in a reasonable time, even when they approached the bar after me. This has happened on multiple occasions. At this point, it seems necessary to call them out in a review.

I’ve come about 5-6 times to this establishment trying to give it chances and I don’t think it’s worth the hype, the security onsite has to go - some days they imply a dress code and only to certain people !! , they have everyone stand in the line to the right but they started letting people in from the left even though plenty of people were waiting next in line they said “ just say your here for a table hop in left side I’ll let you in” BIG DISSAPOINTMENT every time , it’s not classy at all like . One day they say you can’t smoke in patio and I have to go on the street to the next day everyone is smoking in the patio - bathrooms are tiny and disgusting, bar tenders were nice that’s the only plus . Drinks were watered down -I wouldn’t bring your friends or family to this place ,

Mac and cheese was soup and spicy was more like tomato soup , manager couldn’t take constructive criticism after all after I expressed what I received instead of saying I’ll remake it or I’m sorry he says that’s our most popular dish and was in denial. It definitely was soup not Mac and cheese other than that it was nice and clean steak juicy

I came on a Thursday. My reservation was at 7:15 and you were out of oysters already. I wanted snapper and you were out of that. My brother ordered a peanut butter espresso martini.....guess what? Out of the stuff needed to make that. Unbelievable! I was disappointed and it was my birthday. The server, while nice, did nothing to acknowledge that or make me feel special.

We went for Mother’s Day brunch today and could not have been happier! The atmosphere is beautiful—one thing I really appreciated is that the background music wasn’t blaring. We were warmly welcomed by everyone from the hostess, our adorable server, the owner and even the chef (also adorable!). And the food! Incredible! We started with a perfect Bloody Mary. I had the crab cake and hash browns. The crab cake was ALL crab—big chunks of luscious crab meat—I don’t know what bound it together as I couldn’t detect any fillers. It was amazing. The hash browns were literally the best I’ve ever eaten—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, perfectly seasoned. My husband got the burger and hash browns. He loved the burger but it was so big he couldn’t eat the whole thing! Of course, we brought leftovers home. We are looking forward to returning soon and trying out the dinner menu!
