I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. I asked to use the restroom, but the staff refused, saying it was for employees only. As a paying customer, I find that unacceptable. To top it off, the sandwich I ordered was awful—bland and barely edible. I’ve always trusted Subway for decent food and service, but after this experience, I’m questioning the standards here. I hope Subway’s higher authority addresses this, as this location clearly needs better customer service and food quality.”

Place is usually good. Accidentally placed an online order, the only way to cancel is by calling the store and lemme tell you. NO ONE will answer the phone. So now I'm getting charged and there is nothing I can do about it.

This subway had great staff a few months ago and now they are just trash. Trash people, trash behavior, trash service.
I use to go there for lunch and stopped because of the new employee mentality.
Avoid them. Teach their owners a lesson. Trash picks = trash service.
You hire trash, you just need to close shop. Close the store and allow a good store in.

I'm just a stickler on certain things. That's why it's not a perfect 5 star rating, but baby, it was CLOSE! My family & I just moved to this side of town and wanted a healthy lunch . The last two subways in town we went to were horrible , they ran out of ingredients and just the staff at the other locations needed a customer service training . THIS LOCATION was by far the best I've been in a long time .the store was super clean and welcoming. The beautiful young lady who took our order listened and made each sub beautifully, and her customer service was amazing. Will MOST DEFINITELY be coming back to visit since this is the closest location to our new home ... If you're in the area, go check them out, guys! you won't be disappointed like I was with the ones on Monroe Ave .

I visited this establishment on a snowy evening, and despite the weather conditions, they were open for business. There was only one staff member present, but they managed to attend to us. It's worth noting that they should consider having more employees available, as on another occasion we encountered the same situation with only one person on duty, and there were some products unavailable. This aspect could potentially improve the overall customer experience and ensure that all needs are adequately met, especially during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.

Have tried to order from this location 3 times, and each time they closed well before their hours said they would be closed. They are shutting down over an hour before their listed close time.

I placed an order online for pick up and the subs I received were soggy and disgusting. It did not have the correct toppings and when my girlfriend went back to return the subs the guy there was rude and told her he wasn’t going to help her and she had to complain through the app. The subs were the most disgusting things I’ve ever seen and the service the worst I ever received. I will never eat another subway sub ever.

Usually this place is good. Went in today and the door chimed. There was a guy behind the counter looking down at his phone, didn't look up. I stood there for a minute waiting. I cleared my throat a bit, and still nothing. Was mostly amused at this point. I waved at him, nothing.Stood there for another minute or so until the amusement wore off and I just left. Seemed a bit too awkward at this point to even say anything, and I wasn't really interested in anything he'd make anyway.Food quality is genuinely usually pretty good here, and I've never had that problem with anyone else.

I haven't ordered from Subway in several years. I am not a fan of their subs. But I was hungry, and they were a convenient option. The first thing I noticed was that the lady who waited on me had gloves on but was touching more than the food, the counter surface that harbors germs & bacteria. Watch the movie Contagion to understand how important disinfecting surfaces are. You have to wonder, what purpose do the gloves serve? How often do the chase thir gloves?The sub was fair, I ate half and threw the rest out. I think the roll is too soft for wet veggies like tomatoes. It makes the bread soggy and messy to eat! There is an art and skill to making subs. Perhaps Subway could use some more training. It might increase sales!!!The place is dark and drab, although it was a sunny day. It was refreshing to go outside in the sunshine and eat our subs in the car.The person who waited on us was pleasant, efficient, and patient.
