This is one of the best Subway shops I have ever been to. The guy behind the counter knew what he was doing. He was fast, made the sandwiches well, and had an awesome mustache to boot. He was even fun to talk to at the same time. Definitely one of the most enjoyable trips to a chain restaurant I have ever had. I'll be coming back real soon, you can count on it.

So this is the third time I am buy food at your establishment I ordered the stay thing like the last two times honey hot foot long. The problem is that they normally ask me what type of cheese I wanted and I always tell them provolone cheese. This time the tall fair one took my order and didn’t ask me what kind of cheese I wanted and gave me shredded cheese I was so disappointed I didn’t want to continue my order. He is rude and disgusting and deserves to be fired. The short darker one deserves a raise or promotion. I don’t want that tall fair one touching my food again. You all almost lost a customer for that

Employee would not allow me to use the restroom in an emergency. She was very rude and this location is filthy. The Monroe County health department needs to shut it down.!!

I bought a steak and cheese sub and a footlong cookie online where the website was still offering it, as I get into the store the guy says they don’t have any. I ask if I was charged for it and the guy says I was. I then ask if I can at least get a regular cookie or two to make up for the $5 i just gave them and he says no. I try to get refunded online and but won’t let me get through the process. Never again

I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. I asked to use the restroom, but the staff refused, saying it was for employees only. As a paying customer, I find that unacceptable. To top it off, the sandwich I ordered was awful—bland and barely edible. I’ve always trusted Subway for decent food and service, but after this experience, I’m questioning the standards here. I hope Subway’s higher authority addresses this, as this location clearly needs better customer service and food quality.”

Place is usually good. Accidentally placed an online order, the only way to cancel is by calling the store and lemme tell you. NO ONE will answer the phone. So now I'm getting charged and there is nothing I can do about it.

This subway had great staff a few months ago and now they are just trash. Trash people, trash behavior, trash service.

I use to go there for lunch and stopped because of the new employee mentality.

Avoid them. Teach their owners a lesson. Trash picks = trash service.

You hire trash, you just need to close shop. Close the store and allow a good store in.

I'm just a stickler on certain things. That's why it's not a perfect 5 star rating, but baby, it was CLOSE! My family & I just moved to this side of town and wanted a healthy lunch . The last two subways in town we went to were horrible , they ran out of ingredients and just the staff at the other locations needed a customer service training . THIS LOCATION was by far the best I've been in a long time .the store was super clean and welcoming. The beautiful young lady who took our order listened and made each sub beautifully, and her customer service was amazing. Will MOST DEFINITELY be coming back to visit since this is the closest location to our new home ... If you're in the area, go check them out, guys! you won't be disappointed like I was with the ones on Monroe Ave .

I visited this establishment on a snowy evening, and despite the weather conditions, they were open for business. There was only one staff member present, but they managed to attend to us. It's worth noting that they should consider having more employees available, as on another occasion we encountered the same situation with only one person on duty, and there were some products unavailable. This aspect could potentially improve the overall customer experience and ensure that all needs are adequately met, especially during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.

Have tried to order from this location 3 times, and each time they closed well before their hours said they would be closed. They are shutting down over an hour before their listed close time.
