Will no longer attend this location. When I walked in, they told me I'd have to wait 10 minutes before they can take my order or make anymore sandwiches. The store was completely empty.. there was no line or anyone waiting. This is during the lunch hours too when people clearly don't have time to just sit there for no good reason.

As always excellent food, but there is a young woman with smoothed black hair who serves people very badly, I have gone twice with my family to eat and she has not only given us bad service and has been very unfriendly, we also saw how she did with other customers.

Worst experience/service ever. There is this female person with the rudest attitude - will never visit this location ever again. I was trying to be very cordial with my order - it appeared to me that this person didn't want to be at work serving the customer. I walked out. Needs much nicer workers who are willing to know the type of business they represent. Very dissatisfied with the service of this person - would not recommend this location.

Wow people out there! I just ordered a sub for dinner got home l, starting eating and found plastic in the sub as I was chewing!! Tried calling the restaurant to let them know on 111 Jefferson Rd rochester Ny
and nobody answered. So buyer beware be careful not to choke!

I made a mistake on my moble order so I tried calling the store right away. Nobody would answer for over 10 minutes. I got to the restaurant and tried to explain the situation but the employees working would not listen. They simply got upset because they would have to remake the sandwich. Worst customer service I've ever received at a subway. I work in customer service and that is not how you treat your customers.

Tried calling for over 10 minutes to fix a mobile order I had placed before it was made and no one answered. When we got there we told them about it and the employee got upset with is saying she had to remake the food and tried arguing with us that we had not tried calling. She had got fellow customers in the store to also berate us for trying to explain what was going on. That lady should be fired.

Employees were jerks and snippy. Messed up my order and overcharged me then became passive aggressive when they gave me my money back. Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve had at a Subway, and I don’t expect much from Subway employees especially at this store

I like Subway (now) as the food is very consistent from store to store and overall much better than say 10 years ago. However, I will never stop at this location again. As several other reviewers have mentioned, the staff here are not personable at all and frankly rude at times. This isn’t just a subway problem, the vast majority of young adults today (who dominate the food industry) lack basic courtesy, respect, work ethic and think social media is reality. I don’t necessarily blame them as it was the responsibility of their parents to teach them those very important values. However, I do put some blame on the employer for allowing this type of behavior to continue. As a small business owner, I can tell you from experience that customer service is the absolute number 1 most important aspect of my success. Disprectful employees cannot be tolerated in these types of positions without losing customers in the process. Good luck Subway franchise owner, you’re going to need it if you ignore this issue.
