Anthony was the only guy here and bro went above and beyond in terms of service, really made sure our sandwiches were made how we liked them and went in the back to try to hunt down extra baked lays because there were none on the shelf for us to grab. Give this man a raise he is like Atlas for customer service for this place!

They recently disabled the promo codes for deals and added a new every 4th footlong is free, this ends up being about $2 more per sub than previous deals. And unfortunately for myself, the wraps don't seem to be counted in that deal. $12-13 for a wrap is just too much, I've been paying $7.50 most days and $5 when my points get used, and that's all I'm really willing to spend.
The staff have been kind, and my food is rarely late or incorrect, I have gone almost every day for several years now.

I ordered veggie delite, lady did not change her gloves from previous meat order , I asked to put veggie before toasted women who was helping me asked to me to pay bill and other women meanwhile wrape my sandwich already. When I opened up my sub it was not even toasted. Both ladies gave me annoying facial expressions. Very poor service. She use same meat knife for my sub to close it up. Poor hygiene.

Will no longer attend this location. When I walked in, they told me I'd have to wait 10 minutes before they can take my order or make anymore sandwiches. The store was completely empty.. there was no line or anyone waiting. This is during the lunch hours too when people clearly don't have time to just sit there for no good reason.

As always excellent food, but there is a young woman with smoothed black hair who serves people very badly, I have gone twice with my family to eat and she has not only given us bad service and has been very unfriendly, we also saw how she did with other customers.

Worst experience/service ever. There is this female person with the rudest attitude - will never visit this location ever again. I was trying to be very cordial with my order - it appeared to me that this person didn't want to be at work serving the customer. I walked out. Needs much nicer workers who are willing to know the type of business they represent. Very dissatisfied with the service of this person - would not recommend this location.

Wow people out there! I just ordered a sub for dinner got home l, starting eating and found plastic in the sub as I was chewing!! Tried calling the restaurant to let them know on 111 Jefferson Rd rochester Ny and nobody answered. So buyer beware be careful not to choke!
