I made a mistake on my moble order so I tried calling the store right away. Nobody would answer for over 10 minutes. I got to the restaurant and tried to explain the situation but the employees working would not listen. They simply got upset because they would have to remake the sandwich. Worst customer service I've ever received at a subway. I work in customer service and that is not how you treat your customers.

Tried calling for over 10 minutes to fix a mobile order I had placed before it was made and no one answered. When we got there we told them about it and the employee got upset with is saying she had to remake the food and tried arguing with us that we had not tried calling. She had got fellow customers in the store to also berate us for trying to explain what was going on. That lady should be fired.

Employees were jerks and snippy. Messed up my order and overcharged me then became passive aggressive when they gave me my money back. Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve had at a Subway, and I don’t expect much from Subway employees especially at this store

I like Subway (now) as the food is very consistent from store to store and overall much better than say 10 years ago. However, I will never stop at this location again. As several other reviewers have mentioned, the staff here are not personable at all and frankly rude at times. This isn’t just a subway problem, the vast majority of young adults today (who dominate the food industry) lack basic courtesy, respect, work ethic and think social media is reality. I don’t necessarily blame them as it was the responsibility of their parents to teach them those very important values. However, I do put some blame on the employer for allowing this type of behavior to continue. As a small business owner, I can tell you from experience that customer service is the absolute number 1 most important aspect of my success. Disprectful employees cannot be tolerated in these types of positions without losing customers in the process. Good luck Subway franchise owner, you’re going to need it if you ignore this issue.

So I get out of work after working 13 hours and all I wanted was my little subway so I pull up head on in there’s two ladies working and they’re helping a guy grab his food. I stood there im Watching the girl clearly make a to go order, I get it. I worked in the food industry for eight years and I see the ticket that she’s working on. This is not new to me. My problem is when I was there for literally 12 minutes was not acknowledged whatsoever. no one even looked in my direction. No one even said anything. The girl making the gentleman sandwich before me was clearly flirting with him And that was weird.
After a while, I just got frustrated. I was the ONLY other person waiting to place an order and all they had to do was just acknowledge my existence and let me know that they would be with me in a moment, And I would’ve been totally fine to wait even longer. Not the issue or the point. I just ended up walking out because I knew I wasn’t gonna get served.

The staff on the counter was very loud and not at helpful. I wanted to use coupon which I had in my hand but she was hurrying so much that we had to pay full price. I expect staff should be helpful to customer and give them time to make decisions to get the best deal available there.

Nice Sub shop, the food is good and fresh, workers are nice, should be more coupons or deals for 6" subs, not just 12" not everyone eats the larger subs.

Vegetarian options: You can order all veggie subs or get a Bowl or salad with whatever u want in it.

Great food for the priceI always use coupons or the app never pay full priceMy only complaint is they never seem to have the $5 foot.Long chocolate chip cookie sidekick - Subway only sends them one box at a time and it's always sold out within a couple days

Kid-friendliness: 4 of 7 drinks needed changing, ladies were not friendly nor paid attention to my concerns about drinks. I was going to pay an upcharge but server kept telling my child couldn't get what they wanted. I will NEVER EVER come to this subway again
