We initially called the store because the Subway nearest us had unexpectedly shut down. The lady who answered the phone took the time to check the next nearest Subway for us.. since she was so considerate decided to visit her shop for food. Had a pleasant conversation. She explained what coupons she could accept for our order. We will definitely be returning, Good employees make a successful business

Your signs say you close at 9:30pm, your website says you close at 9:30pm, why am I getting told at 10 minutes to 8 that the man making my subs can only do 2 more orders. That’s ridiculous, this is your job, work it, like real adults work till their scheduled times, absolutely ridiculous, I’ll never come back this location, fire your night guy, clearly he doesn’t like to work or do his job
They didn't make out orders right multiple times and they aren't friendly, but no big deal they also don't take coupons

The place wasn’t horrible. It wasn’t dirty. No hello when I walked in. The older lady just barked at me what can I get you. Seemed like it was a pain to get a veggie sub. Didn’t have to toast it. Had a total of 4 types on it. Every time she asked something, she yelled like I was an inconvenience. Maybe take the AirPod out of your ear or at least turn it down so you can hear people. Would have given it a better rating since at least the food was…edible? Service, crap.

Service is terrible, 2 girls on Saturday 10/5/24. One talking on here phone the other stocking napkins. Both ignoring the counter, one had on a half shirt tank top with her big gut hanging out. Definitely not something I want near my food, subs were terrible. Only went there because needed to get in and out fast, who ones this place. Why would you hire someone like that then have them represent your business. Bet you are losing money and can't figure out why
