I literally never leave reviews but feel the need to for this place. I used to be a regular, but no more. A couple girls that work there always on their phones talking on an actual phone call WHILE serving the customers. So unprofessional. This one girl Melissa or Marissa (I don’t remember now which) she is the only good one, kind, quick, and never distracted on a phone. But she’s hardly ever there when I go so not worth it.

All I wanted was a tuna sub
I didn’t need my sub to be abused
It was squashed like it was balled up in a fist
And the lady seemed to have an attitude apparently but this isn’t ok

Went in for a breakfast sandwich morning of June 3. The young girl there was so sweet and the sandwich was delicious! Highly recommend the steak, egg, & cheese on flatbread, yum!

I made a mobile order early march and upon my 20 minute commute in the snow I realized the store was closed as the lady inside was taking everything down and the doors were locked, I checked my email and seen my order was cancelled and I’ll be growing a refund minutes before I got there . I look around and there’s more people coming to the door pulling on it looking to get food. So at this point it’s clear they are closing earlier than they are supposed to. I reached out to the Director of operations ANGEL HANVILLE the next day expressing my disappointment in the lack of professionalism as no one called to say hey don’t drive out here we are closing early or anything and I got a prompt response apologizing about what took place. She asked me for my address so she could send me coupons in the mail to make up for what took place she also stated that even though I mentioned to her I used a buy one get one free coupon from the app and it was no longer visible in the app as a new promotion was on I still should be able to use it. I responded with my address and let her know I don’t see the coupon in the apps I would be able to use I since it’s not my fault they closed early. To this day I have no ever received anything in the mail more has she responded to the 3 emails I have sent asking for an update. This location and it’s professionalism is disgusting. The fact that she acted as if she was going to help assist me in this situation and then just flat out stopped responding is beyond crazy to me. The phone number listed doesn’t even work so there’s no way to even get in contact with anyone. I have sent the subway head quarters a letter since I can’t find the number and I’m sure they will be addressing this. There’s too many complaints on here that are similar happening over and over again something has to give and to think she’s the Director Of Operations she should be held to the highest standards so I can only imagine how her staff runs the business.

Came at 9 am when they were supposedly open. Wasn't able to come in until 930am which then the employee called me stupid for waiting out in the cold for my sandwhich that I placed a mobile order for. When I came back to get a refill on my water at noon (I work at a next door store and frequently come over for ice and water) the doors were locked and all the food and meat was left out and saw an employee hiding in the back room on her phone. This place has truly lost all its quality... soo sad

Haven't been in store in a while, but I was ordering from them 2 times a week for delivery. Every time I did, something was wrong with my order. Once it was so much sauce, it was overwhelming everywhere and just awful. Another time, I ordered a salad, and there was less than a handful of lettuce and hid it by covering with the cucumbers and tomatoes. I had to stop ordering from them. Food is expensive, and they just aren't worth it. Has gone down him since they sold it to a new owner.

Unbelievable that I have to order through the app to use a coupon…. I stood in front of the server … ordered food which took forever and waited until they received the order and then she start to make it…. So frustrated … I will not be coming back! They are losing business by making these silly restrictions!

Went there on 10-15-2023 around 2pm. The 2 girls working there said that there wasn't a washroom there and I had to go to the store next door. Another woman was in there and looked at the girl funny, I ordered and the other girl was cashing me out so set a 20.00 b..ill on the counter while she did. She looks at me a said to pick it up and hand it to her because it was the polite thing to do both myself and the other woman just looked at her in disbelief. What I should have done at this rude comment was to pick it up and leave. I will never go to this location again, poor customer service. And when I called to speak to a manager they all must cover for each other because I didn't get a call back.

Girl meet me at the counter I order a double chicken teriyaki with cheeseOnce I receive it and sit down to eat, the chicken is ice cold I tell the girl at the counter she asked me if she can reheat it for meI said, how are you gonna reheat my sandwich when it has lettuce, tomato and everything already on itI mean common sense towns you cannot heat, lettuce and tomato

Best location in Greece, NY!! Employees are so friendly, subs are always made great, I got a turkey and veggie sub today and it was the best, filled with all the veggies I wanted. I use the mobile app and order ahead picked it up curbside for convenience! I will only go to this location now simply because the food is always fresh and subs made perfectly, and the staff is so nice!
