Wasn’t even open when the hours stay at 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM Saturday 7/13/24

Passing by, not even getting subway but A father and his daughter were trying to get subs well before going to an amusement park and they’re closed and there’s not another Subway for more than 6miles closer to them.
Poor management and staff.

As always the same chain that you find everywhere. The service was good. A few tables to eat inside. The online menu wasn't working tonight though.
Parking: Open lot with overhead lighting
Wheelchair accessibility: Door is wide enough. No opener though.

Very upset I ordered a turkey sub and there was a piece of hair in my food I went back to the store to complain and the workers were very rude and didn't want to help me and didn't care

Last two times I ate here the protein portion was tiny. Was eating mostly bread and vegetables. Better off going to wegmans 2 minutes

Don’t usually write reviews but this place is terrible. Can’t expect too much from subway but this is the worst sub I’ve ever seen lol. I go there to get an Italian assorted and they whisper “I hate when people order those. I don’t know how to make these.” So I get this pity of a sandwich rather than them simply just telling me they don’t sell them or whatever the issue was. I would’ve thought an Italian assorted is one of the most basic subs to order at any sub place but I guess I’m wrong. This is what I got for $8 VS what I got from DiBellas for $9. More like a veggie sub with a slice of pepperoni. Went back twice to try to get refund or speak to manager but of course she’s never there! Only works until 1pm on most days. Long story short, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SUBWAY. Just go to Wegmans, DiBellas or jersey mikes. Worth it for the extra dollar
