No Swiss, no mozzarella, tuna for large sub 4 scraped off scoops doesn't even cover the bread. Go somewhere else.

Wow, came here to say the same thing as all the other comments. Employees didnt even look up at us upon entering and acted like we were a major inconvenience to them. Alexis had terrible customer service especially when theres a handful of other sub options in a 5 minute drive.

I’m a DoorDash and this location is terrible. The girls never wanna complete the order when it comes to the chips and the soda they want me to grab it for them which is not my job. They’re lazy. They don’t wanna come around the counter and grab the rest of the order. If I go to Jersey Mike’s all those guys complete the order they come around the counter grab the cookies sodas whatever if I drop any of those items I’m liable. It’s not my job to complete the order. That’s their job.
The employee that helped us at this location on 7/14 in the evening was very rude. I did not catch her name , but she had a ponytail. Will not be returning to this Subway.

Recently I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Subway. I placed an order through the mobile app (Served by: 999997) and went to pick it up. When I opened my sub, I noticed many small hairs concentrated in one specific area of the sub. It didn’t seem accidental since there were far too many hairs in one spot for it to be a coincidence, and the appearance was extremely unsettling.
I was on a tight schedule and couldn’t go back into the store to speak with someone in person. Later, my partner went on my behalf to try and address the issue, but unfortunately, not even an apology was offered, only a refund was given. This lack of accountability was frustrating, especially considering how serious and unsanitary the situation was.
I hope this incident is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent it from happening to anyone else!
Worker there was miserable anytime I asked for something she sighed and was pissed and it was probably the 2 easiest subs she will make all day.

Walked into this location today about 12:20pm to get a foot long sub. There was one person behind the counter and I didn't know if anyone else was in the bldg. There were 2 people ahead of me and the staff started to make the sub(s) for the first person, then while they were being toasted, she went to the register, touched the keys, handled money, went back and touched the handle on the oven and then added more food to the customer's sub ALL WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES! Then while keeping the same gloves on, she proceeded to make the next person's sub and did the same thing. Kept her gloves on while cashing the person out, touching the register keys and handling money, then went back and added food to the sub without changing her glove. I walked out. This is an infection control nightmare. And people wonder how hepatitis and other contact pathogens are spread. Does this person wash her hands after using the bathroom?

I could not find the location. The address needs to be updated. The listed/posted address drives me to 3142 Chili Ave Rochester NY, but this is a plaza, it needs to be longitude and latitude since it does not have a unique address.

Passing by, not even getting subway but
A father and his daughter were trying to get subs well before going to an amusement park and they’re closed and there’s not another Subway for more than 6miles closer to them.
Poor management and staff.

As always the same chain that you find everywhere. The service was good. A few tables to eat inside. The online menu wasn't working tonight though.
