My daughter and I went into to the mall location to order two footlong sub combos. The woman took my order, which was a steak sub. She huffed and puffed, throwing peppers all over. When it was time for my daughter to order, she asked if she could please change her gloves, as she is s vegetarian. The woman was visibly annoyed. I asked her if everything was okay. She stopped making the sandwich and just stared at me. I said we will take our business elsewhere after dealing with that horrible attitude. We went to a different location and were told it is run by the same owner. I asked for their information so I could share my experience. Another worker told me to look it up online and they don’t give that information out! I am not letting this go until I speak to a manager from both locations. Unfortunately no one answers the phone at either location. I am emailing corporate and putting negative reviews on my social medias. I work in the industry. Find a new place of employment if it’t that hard to accommodate the public. $30 I paid at the second location and the order was wrong. I still gave the girl who made our food a $10 cash tip

I went to this subway a few days ago. The charge on my card came from a storage facility, not subway. My bank flagged it and locked my card. Now, I have been trying to call this location for well over an hour, but they seem absolutely incapable of answering their phone. The other reviews are also atrocious. Seems like this subway location is not worth the hassle. Customer service literally doesn’t exist here. They’re lucky they are in the mall with all the foot traffic, or they probably would’ve gotten shut down by now.

The short lady who was working at 10:30 am refused to sell me a side of sauce. She said we don’t do that sorry. When she is not there, I can always purchase sides of sauce. She is just not a pleasant person to be around. Miserable.

Accidently left phone, came back and personnel said was not there. Long story less long i used my smartwatch to locate phone, she acted like she didn't hear it ringing! it was there she had put it under register and had her own sick, twisted plans to be executed later. Thank God for technology!!!
Poor representation for your food chain, dishonesty is a big pet leave of mine. Makes you wonder what else is she stealing????

I was in line trying to get a sub the whole staff Completely ignore me. I kept doing what they were doing. This place is ridiculous. I would not refer anyone I know to come here staff playing with there face and doing prep work nasty and very unprofessional

My wife paid money for two pretzel said it’s not in there system try to make her double pay and won’t give refund it’s really sad and laughable service won’t recommend worst service I’ve ever seen and experience

Had an online order said ready at 6:15 arrived at 6:20pm. Sat there waiting till 7:10pm. Why would the app say ready when it was not and then takes almost an hour after it said ready for 2 subs!
