My order was canceled when I asked why a lady with fake red hair started yelling at me about the products being out of stock. It was not on the out of list that I read prior to walking in. Another lady. Tried to help but the red haired lady began screaming about the attitude I had which I did not. The place was dirty and unkept. The red head needs new job she’s driving people out.

This is the worst experience at subway I ever had how me and my wife ask for the Monday deal and the sandwiches have no meat at all we called and the manager was so unprofessional about it and said come in and get another sandwich like why would I do that and I had a delivery smh never again

They are horrible customer service I placed an order online. I asked for all my sandwiches to be toasted. My veggie patty was as cold as ice. I asked for one BMT to have absolutely no veggies whatsoever, and it still came with a whole ton of lettuce all over it and black olives and no cheese and I paid for 2x the cheese on these NONE HAVE CHEESE I spent almost 30 minutes, trying to call the store and no one picked up at all because they’re clearly too busy on their phones texting like always so instead of going back to the store and having to argue with these rude employees I just had to get online and now I have to WAIT for an email to try to get a refund which I think is ridiculous THEY PICKED UP AND I RECORED THE CALL AS THEY WHERE THEY TALKING SHIT ABOUT PEOPLE CALLING THEN MUTED THE PHONE AND HUNG UP & TOOK THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK SO IT NOW RINGS BUSY IM CALLING THE BBU FOR SURE

I ordered 3 subs and 12 cookies.. only received 6 cookies and the employee kept telling me over and over that they only had 6 cookies on the receipt. I had to drive ten mins back to the subway to get my other 6 cookies and the employees still tried to argue with me and tell me I only ordered 6 until they finally realized that I was right. They gave me my cookies but they should have gave them to me for free for all the hassle!

Extraordinary service ? Ana was Extraordinary! I will definitely return to this Subway location. She provided exceptional care and service that I have received at and "restaurant " in Rochester NY since I moved to Rochester three years ago!

Kid-friendliness: We were three adults and four children. Ana was the only person working at that Subway at 1PM on Sunday afternoon. She is pleasant, efficient, and ensured we were served quality food and enjoyed our visit. We were blessed to have met Ana!

I had no idea the old rewards was gone. They replaced with a completely new system earlier this year and render the old rewards unusable. SUBWAY IS BEING CHEAP! TRY TO ROB US ALL FROM OUR POINTS WE COLLECTED FOR

Ordered Meatball Sub Combo, the "Boss" Arrived and the woman at the counter hid behind the cookie display to look at her phone. Told he I was there for a pickup and looked at the ticket and just walked away to the back. Had to verify the sandwich was mine which the other girl did. Ok no prob.

Upgraded sandwich via app to have the fresh Mozzarella, a $2.30 upcharge. Recieved no cheese, still charged full price. Unacceptable.
$17 for a med drink, chips, and a poorly made sandwich. Nope.

I keep giving Subway a chance time and time again. This was the last.

Our server Jasmine was amazing ?. She was so friendly and asked our name and continued to use it. We ordered the honey mustard chicken wraps. They were fantastic. We will be going back. I was going to take a picture but so good I forgot ??
