Very rude employees and they accept only cash and it happened twice already in 4 months. I asked to toast and they toast it for less than 5 sec. Very very rude lady employees and lack of listening skills. Never again

After waiting in line for 15 minutes, a lady walked up and said “just so you know, after we’re done making a sandwich for the lady in front of you, we’re closed”. No sorry, no apology. When I said I had been waiting in line for 15 minutes, she just walked away. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so poorly by a business before. I will never eat at a Subway ever again.

I was at the Rochester airport this evening and went up to order a sub at 6:50 and the rude woman told me they were closed. I asked what time they close and she said 6:30. If you close at 6:30 on Thursdays, you might want to change it on your website. Zero stars for me!

Low quality, high prices. Even for a Subway in the airport, this place is bad. The meats are fatty and chocked with fillers. It doesn't even taste like what it's supposed to be. $15 for an 8 inch wrap is insane.
Why is this spot a Subway? Literally any sandwich place would be a significant improvement. If you're that hungry and the other 5 food options in the airport aren't appealing, just get a protein shake and done snacks from the Hudson News. Seriously.
